Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. There was no cheese and the biscuit was a rock. The hash brown was partially frozen. And the hot cakes and sausage didn’t have sausage. Great job McDonald’s. Thanks for reminding me why I never eat at any of your stores.

Ordered food on the app for pickup. When my son got there, they had no record of the paid order and instead of figuring out how they could correct the issue after he showed them screenshots if the paid order and receipt , they gave him the runaround for nearly an hour. Terrible customer service for a paying customer.

The problem with McDonald's isn't the staff or food. It's how the company limits how you use the app for purchases. Example, they added a meal deal for 5 dollars, but if you use the app you can't buy any other deals, and even though they charge the same price for any sized soda, they only let you get a small with the deal. So even though they let you save a small amount of money. They force you to spend more instead of letting you use all the offers on the app. Just go somewhere else.

I was just at the McDonlads at 689 West Germantown pike in East Norriton 07/21/2024 @ 1:30pm. Most times I come here it's always short staffed and the wait is insane but today was taken to another level as I watched the Manager constanly yell and degrade a young kid that was running and trying his best to help customers and run food outside. The manager just made my stomach turn . Took everything out of me to not say anything. Customers wr at aww. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to and will not return.
Do not eat here. They will serve you RAW UNCOOKED MEAT and have you wait a half hour for it.

The one not far from is just as bad literally sat in a space waiting for my food 20 minutes I'm just hungry and not happy but I'm sick of paying money for nothing. More and more for less and less. They won't let me post the pics burnt burger in pieces I'm not even eating it it's disgusting.

There was black fuzz on my daughter's fries & when I went inside to show the manager, she didn't say a word! She snached the bad fries out of my hands and gave me a new one but her body language told me she wasn't happy about doing it.
