Make sure to ask them for fresh hoagie roll. They served us day old hoagie bread. Won’t be coming back to this location.

We never get exactly what is ordered!! My husband only wants meat and cheese on a non seeded roll, plain with nothing in it. Twice it had seasoning on it (DoorDash order) and once it was on a seeded roll ( in store order). He’s called twice but the staff doesn’t understand his complaint. If we do order again, he’ll have to check the sandwich before he leaves the store.

I've been coming to this location for many years. It has always been good, but inconsistent for quite some time. However, it's been under new ownership for a couple of months now and it's been fantastic! I typically don't write reviews, but my last two visits were awesome, so I felt obligated. I always get a Primo Italian hoagie and also a Primo Turkey hoagie. Tonight's sandwiches were a 10/10. Not trying to be over-dramatic, but it was so good, I ate it extra slow! Solid-quality hoagies that looked just as good as they tasted! The BEST part to any sandwich is clearly the bread. I'm not sure if it was prepared differently than in the past, but it was hands down the best baked sandwich bread I've ever had at any Primo's or local hoagie joints. Roman-style....perfectly browned with a light crisp and airy dough. Primo's had slid down my list of places to eat, until recent, and I'm excited to return for more quality sandwiches in the future! The current Google rating should be reset for the new owner. Past lower-rated reviews are an injustice to the new owner and staff. I hope it maintains this level of quality and care for years to come! Looking forward to my next visit.

Ordered on the website logged into my account for the perk rewards. Charged my card and said did not get my order. Refused to make sandwiches as i informed i did get a transaction receipt showing $15.10 was taken from my account. Told me to wait 24-48 hours for a refund. Some appreciation on appreciation day! Then had the nerve to say this has happened to many other customers. I am mad and still hungry!!!

I don’t usually do reviews but l was very disappointed l ordered my hoagie and the hoagie wasn’t fresh at all ,the bread was hard the tomatoes was mushy and lettuce and onions was soggy!! I ended up going to Wawa and the hoagie was fresh better and less! Thanks for the disappointment on my football day!

It's hit or miss. Inconsistent at best. Some locations must be precutting the lunch meat and stacking it up to be used, buy the time they do use it, it is one sold slab of meat goop.

I visit this place Sunday, August 28, 2424. Did my work here I don’t know what he is preoccupied with but he didn’t even greet me. He had attitude I was ordering food so I don’t think I’ll be back at Primo. Very disappointed.

We ordered non seeded rolls. It was obvious the seeds were scraped off and the rolls were inedible they were either stale or over cooked. What a waste of money

I know how hard the customer service industry is, considering I was in it for over 20 years.

So I want to begin by giving the staff some advice.

If the customer arrives for their order and you are running behind, I get it, things happen. Multiple orders can come it at once, and when you're short staffed, it makes it even more difficult. This is why honesty is the best way to go about it.

If you're running behind, let the customer know that, hopefully, they will be understanding.

Don't tell them it will be ready in 5 minutes and proceed to go another 20 minutes. If you them up front that it will take 20 minutes, at least they know what to expect. But if you tell then 5, and it goes much longer, then every minute that passes, the ire of the customer grows.

Reading other reviews, it seems that this location is short staffed, so I hope the employees can get more help soon. But remember, be honest, don't give false information with time frames that you know are not attainable.

Now to the food.
I don't know if it was because they were in a rush, but where's the filling?
All I tasted was bread.
And the taste itself wasn't that great.
To pay $130 for what seems like 10 malnourished hoagies that were cut up for a party tray is a travesty.

Let's just say I waited waaaay too long and paid waaaaaay too much to give this place another try.

My wife called to order hoagies on her way home from work, and upon ordering she received a horrible attitude from a gentleman who answered the phone. I placed an order for 2 of the large hoagies. His response, “the two footers? Really? Ugh, that’s gonna take about an hour or more!”

My wife’s response was polite and said “take your time, it’s not a rush”

When she arrives at the east Norriton location, she walks in, and one employee is there making sandwiches, answering the phone, all by himself! No wonder the poor employee had an attitude! This place needs help drastically! I’d recommend giving the Norristown or king of Prussia locations a shot when ordering.

I gotta give these guys their credit. I work next door at the pool store, and it’s very convenient to have a hoagie shop next door ?. Yes, they’re understaffed. Yes, the wait times can get pretty crazy around lunch & dinner. But they never skip out on quality. I order an Italian, and it always has exactly what I ask for. The guy even pops over and delivers it when he gets a free moment! 8.5/10, would be better if they had more staff but otherwise rock solid service.
