A few weeks ago traveling on business I met the most kind, energetic, and helpful drive thru cashier named Ronnie. She was so pleasant and friendly that I decided to get back to being an Arby’s customer after a previous bad experience at a different location. Keep this woman Arby’s, she’s an asset to your company.

These meats are nasty and disgusting. Eaw who even eats these things. Arbys should be out of business. Tasteless nasty bland meat sandwiches. Even my daughter was disgusted and disappointed. All food went to the trash. Horrifically nasty.

We stopped by at 7:45pm and we were told the dining area is closed. Puzzling because they are open until 10pm. The French fries were stale as if hours old and slightly rancid. Definitely not an enjoyable experience.

Whoever was running the drive thru mic on march 14th around 2 pm needs to be retrained to not have an attitude rusing someone trying to place an order then getting snippy when I said I wasn't done is unprofessional
