Bluefoot Ecuadorian 🇪🇨😋 Cuisine was just what we needed while in the Poconos. So authentic, hearty, and delicious as Latin food should be.
To start, we had guava and cheese empanadas, followed by seco de pollo, and of course ceviche de camarones. The finish was sweet and yummy with homemade bread-pudding a la mode, just the way we like it.
We brought a bottle of Napa Cabernet (BYOB) and shared it with Monica and Vincent—the cool chefs and owners—whose passion for their food shows in every dish.
We can’t wait to go back to and try more from the menu.

I had the Esmeralda encocado dish. Food is fresh so I don’t recommend it if you’re in a rush. If you’re looking for quality, then this is the spot.

Such a great addition to the area. Adds some needed variety to the good, but predictable, fare at the Shawnee Inn’s restaurants. The hosts treat you like family. Food is great. Empanadas and ceviche were outstanding. When someone in our party didn’t care for the somewhat exotic soup they brought her a bowl of something more mild instead (no charge). Will definitely return.

Who ever is owner or supervisor in there are horrible, did not want to offer service even having table onsite… inside and outside table available then they told us we need to wait 50 min . So sad to see people so rude.

This resturant has 4.9 for a reason! First all the this is a really nice a cute spot. The food was so good. Everyone in my group was big fan of the fried rice and empanandas. The smokey flavor of the fried was mouth watering. I would galdy drive two hours to have this. The owner came and greeted us and we eneded up having a nice coversation. WIll be back for sure, very nice staff.

Great food, wonderful family staff. We had cheese and plantains, Chaufa and the skirt steak with shrimp and all the dishes were delicious. Food was authentic and fresh! Can’t recommend enough! We will come back when we’re in the poconos for sure!

Best meal we’ve had while on vacation. Highly recommend! Got takeout so can’t comment on the dining experience but food is excellent and staff was lovely at pick up.

The food is exceptional. Fresh. Believe it or not the French fries are outstanding. The reason we took off some stars is because of the policy of automatically adding 25 percent gratuity for parties of 5 or more. First of all, mandatory tipping is usually applied for six or more. Secondly, that is high. Also, in our case the number included 2 very well behaved minor children. Third, while our server was sweet, she was alone on a Saturday evening and we had to hunt her down for the bill. Most importantly, it's just an obnoxious policy. Tipping is supposed to be voluntary basdd on service. And we are generous tippers, so it's not about being stingy. It just leaves a bad taste... so to speak... in our mouths.
