i was on the drive through giving Claudia (manager) my code that h ad my rewards in it and a coupon for two breakfast, she was very RUDE, no patience and when asked, please give me a moment to correct the order and give you a new code ( no cars behind me at all) her reponse was - WELL this is how the rewwards program goes YOU DIDNT KNOW THAT, NOT MY PROBLEM, i became confused, upset and decided to not get any rewards and paid in full, then when i drove up to p ay Samaiya was even more unprofessional as she threw my bag of food to me and when i asked her is this everything she then rolled her eyes , and said YES whats the problem, you spoke to the manager who again was at the window with her stating just ignore HER i did it right!!!!!!!!! i still cant believe that BURGER KING has such a person ,managing that place!

Ordered through an app. Paid for a meal. The manager refused to give me my drink. Tried to show her on the app that it was paid for. WAS a customer for over 20 years. Will NEVER go there again. The place tends to have homeless people hanging in the lobby.

Got a chicken rap . They literally put a nugget in the wrap and ofc I didn’t open it until I got home. The customer service is disgusting and they all look like they eat good but can’t serve good food .

Never seen a drive thru get so mad because I asked for a cup holder??? The lady literally SLAMMED my drinks into the cardboard holder like they personally were responsible for the state of her life.

Sorry, BK lady, for being such an inconvenience. I promise I won't come back to this location and inconvenience you again with my audacious requests.

Do companies no longer encourage team spirit? I ordered through the drive thru. Asked for an item three times. The exchange was pleasant. When my order came through said item was not in the bag, and I had to retrieve it inside. The person at the counter got seven when I remarked that I had asked for it specifically, three times. Her tone sarcastic “well I wasn’t on drive thru”. FYI many years ago I too worked at a BK. And we never threw our team mate “under the bus” for self preservation. We apologized for the error and pleasantly handed over the item. She reports to everyone my displeasure and another member puts a bucket with the item on the counter and says “here ya go” instead of just handing them to me. I think it’s rather important to teach our youth how to speak with customers, apologize for an error (ours or a teammate) and not to be rude to customers.

Whoever was working drive through at 12:00pm on Tuesday August 26th had a huge attitude problem . First off she made an issue about adding fries to an order at the window saying we had to go all the way around . I worked in fast food for years in high school and it takes 2 seconds to add the order on the screen , she was just being lazy . When I said this on the phone I guess my partner had me on speaker phone and so out of spite she suddenly said “ oh and your side is 63cents. For 2 zesty sauce . Ridiculous . She did it out of spite because I made a comment on the phone . And she over charged him, it’s only 63 cents but still . All that and the food we got wasn’t even warm . This place gone down hill and staff is lazy .

Oh Burger King. We have such a tumultuous relationship. I drive by your restaurant and smell the flame broiled yumminess. I admit, it makes my mouth water. Every six months or so I will go in and grab a cheeseburger. And I am always disappointed. Why doesn't it ever taste the way it smells in the street? There must be some pixy dust magic smell they send up those chimneys. Definitely not the quality of food it used to be.

i came to this burger king and the manager alice was so incredibly rude and on top of that the employees were not any better the man that was in the kitchen started threatening to fight and said my 10 year old daughter would not come inside and say it to his face
