Our first visit to Derailed Taphouse was fantastic, thanks to our server, Nico. We were a party of seven celebrating a birthday, and from start to finish our service was impeccable. Nico was attentive without ever being overbearing, super friendly, kept great conversation, and made sure every single order was correct. had a great portobello mushroom burger. loved that they had vegetarian options . Staff was great.
Went there for dinner with a group of friends and everyone got their meal but me I had to ask twice for my food and I finally got it after my whole group finished… They tried to wait for me to get food but their food started to get cold we were waiting so long. Manager and server didn’t seem to really care I waited so long.
