I just dined here, the food was ok but the service was amazing. Our server was called Ashley and she made our entire dinner experience so much more delightful. 10 points for this young woman , her service alone gets us back in this establishment! Great atmosphere and fair pricing!

Derailed is a disaster. On Tuesday, the service was slow, and the staff indifferent. The bar took forever, with the bartender too busy chatting and never asking for identification. The food was tasteless, overpriced, and not fresh. The place felt filthy, with sticky tables and a disgusting restroom. It’s also not wheelchair accessible. Save your money and eat anywhere else—I won’t return. The menu is a train wreck and overpriced, lacking variety and featuring uninspired dishes. There’s no creativity or quality for the price, just an utter letdown. Avoid this place at all costs.

Some of the food was ok but some of it was terrible and we didnt even eat it, and the server was very sweet but the service was horrible, she was slow and didnt know the menu, drinks and food took forever, we were seated for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and it took about another 10 before we even got waters which were never refilled throughout our meal. One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a while

1 star because portions for some dishes are less than half of what they used to be. I'd prefer price increase. The fish and chips is a joke. No longer beer battered, and the 3 pieces of fish you get are laughably small. I wish they indicated the change of the batter. It used to be the best fish and chips in town. Now, a totally different experience. Fear not, if you like soggy, oily fries, they do dump a bunch of them so you can stuff yourself with cheap potatoes. Their aiolis are really good, although some overly salty. Service is friendly. For the above average prices, i cannot recommend it. I really dislike the sneaky ways businesses deal with inflation. I get it, everything is more expensive, just raise the prices and offer customers what they are used to.
