I was happy to have something to be able to eat when I went here with my family. I got the Vegan Roll Up. I had a protein shake before I left the house because I knew what I was getting into. The lack of protein is a disappoinment, but, that said, the sandwich (BBQ portabella and white bean spread) was quite tasty and the fries were good.
We went for trivia night (Monday 7pm). It was a disappinment because we couldn't hear the questions at all. It might have been a little easier to hear if we had been seated on the same side as the host. But there was a lot of talking and the sound system was also inadequate. So, in short, don't go there for trivia night unless you go early and sit right next to the speaker.

4.3 average rating is a bit high in my opinion. The food is not terrible but it's not great either. The steak sandwich for $22 is extremely lame. Out of five of us having dinner the salads were the best option. 🙄 They do make great fries. And if you're into just grabbing some beer and having something to eat knock yourself out. For me I've crossed this place off the list. Ok, I realize I'm out of my element and we are in East Stroudsburg PA but still I have a higher expectation for a good meal.

After we were finally seated, we waited around for about 20 minutes before a server came to our table to take our order. Then we waited another ten minutes for our drinks. She didn’t bring the lime for my drink so I asked her for it again. After waiting another 10 minutes I just went to the bar and got my own lime from the bartender. Took even longer to get our appetizers.

Derailed has a generous menu and good pricing. They have outside seating as well as a garage door that they open when weather permits. Definitely recommend!

Look I’m from net york and I must say this establishment caught me off guard I was expecting stuck up I got in and got nothing but hospitality my server Was emaculate . Anything I need accommodated down to every request . I truly commend Niko he a great dude and this place deserves ther flowers I’m defiantly comming shine next time I pas through everything on the menu is amazing I recommend trying wheat your pockets can handle and trust me the prices are great aswell .. I loved the chimi churi on the steak a must grab .. 🫡‼️
