So I never been to derailed since it had opened but this was a good spot to check out our bartender Raquel was professional and friendly She made me and my guest feel very at ease. Above n beyond customer service where it was as if we were friends and not customers I appreciate Raquel and can’t stop talking about the exceptional service

Food is just gross here. Burgers with stale rolls that obviously just came out of the fridge they were cold and stale….maybe grill the rolls next time! rotten tomato on chicken sandwich. Pricey menu of nasty bar food. So many better options here I will never return.
