They couldn’t meet all my needs
Fresh doughnuts and great service. Thank you.
this place has everything you could possibly think to need at a gas station / convenience store
If I could give no stars I would. I waiting for over 45 min for a small coffee, hash browns and bagel bites and I didn’t even get the coffee I ordered. if it wasn’t for my kids I would have left. Got 2 different excuses on why I didn’t receive my order. Very unorganized
So, I really like their donuts and some of their drinks. It can actually be affordable in this current economy compared to places like Starbucks, but when I tell you the customer service is terrible- it is. Sometimes, during daytime hours, the lobby should be open, but doors will be locked, and there'll be a "drive though only" sign on the door. This has happened in the morning at peak coffee time. When their lobby iss open, the worker's priority is the drive thru. Not everyone in Stroudsburg can afford a car or even have access to one! If you've even been here, you'll probably be waiting for at least ten minutes for a donut and some coffee. When I spoke on one behalf of the 8 other customers waiting in the lobby, I was told, "There should have been someone to help you at that station. Drive through is priority." I actually witnessed the girl working as cashier on shift previously run out through the side exit. She didn't come back at all for at least the next 20 min... that is a very unprofessional way to conduct business. On top of that, they're rude about it. The atmosphere really isn't that bad, and don't forget to add the cream and sugar to your regular coffee yourself if you've ordered one. It's really just the customer service that kills the vibe of this Dunkin. They'll be opening another one down the street soon and closing this one anyway.
Vegetarian options: Usually, it's they dont have vegan options, but they can have vegetarian options.

The new cookie dough latte is great
I do take outs. I like Double D. Most likely I figured, because I am a repeat customer, I get what I perceive as good service. Most Double D locations and cleanliness belong in the A circular.
Vegetarian options: There is nothing wrong to be a Vegan. There is also nothing wrong to be a beef eater. People have the ability to choose. They stay in their lane.
Parking: Nearly all Double D that I have patronized have adequately parking.
