So, I really like their donuts and some of their drinks. It can actually be affordable in this current economy compared to places like Starbucks, but when I tell you the customer service is terrible- it is. Sometimes, during daytime hours, the lobby should be open, but doors will be locked, and there'll be a "drive though only" sign on the door. This has happened in the morning at peak coffee time. When their lobby iss open, the worker's priority is the drive...

I do take outs. I like Double D. Most likely I figured, because I am a repeat customer, I get what I perceive as good service. Most Double D locations and cleanliness belong in the A circular.

Vegetarian options: There is nothing wrong to be a Vegan. There is also nothing wrong to be a beef eater. People have the ability to choose. They stay in their lane.

Parking: Nearly all Double D that I have patronized have adequately parking.

It feels like every time I go here, there's always at least one item they are missing for my coffee (oatmilk, caramel, vanilla, etc.) Every single time I try to pay at the kiosk using the app, it will not accept it. It tries to process it and then says it was denied. I cannot get it to work and I try every time I go there (about once a month). Half of the time I could be the only one in line or one of two in line and I end up ordering on my phone because the employees take...
