It’s very unfortunate because this is the closest Dunkin to me. 9 times out of 10 something in the order is missing or something is made wrong. My most recent visit I had ordered avocado toast with bacon. They didn’t put the bacon on it. I handed it back and instead of making a new one and apologizing for the mistake, they laid full slices of bacon on it, when it’s supposed to be chopped bacon. The toast was almost inedible it was so hard. Staff is almost never friendly. Wait times are long no matter what time of day you go. It’s the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Often have to wait 15 min for someone to just come to the window and take my payment, then wait again to get a drink. 2 drinks should not take upwards of 15 min. This is not the worst part though because normally you can just drive away if youre impatient.....not here....the drive thru is a narrow single lane with no escape point so if youre not at the window youre SOL. And you know by the time you get to the window youre already agitated from waiting in an inescapable drive lane and youre not leaving without your order so you get set up for failure by their slowness and your own stubbornness.

Order same drink at all dunkins..why o why is it 1.01 more ..than all other local dunkins and the put side is extremely run down ...the newv1 is Stroudsburg is beautiful and 1.01 cheaper

This was by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.
First, the driveway is hidden, which already makes it hard to access. Then I sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, only to have my order wrong when I finally got up there. They asked me to pull to the side and wait even longer, and when my food came out, it was still wrong.
To make matters worse, they told me they couldn’t fix it because they charged me for a wrap instead of the croissant sandwich I actually ordered. At that point, I left because I didn’t have any more time to waste—only to realize later they also forgot my pumpkin loaf. My husband had to drive back to get it.
Terrible service, long wait times, and repeated mistakes. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This has to be the worse Dunkin I’ve ever visited. Over 4 years I’ve attempted to give them a try multiple times to only be disappointed each time. The lack of customer service, the poor assembly to the items I PAY FOR & the SLOWEST service ever, this location is better off closing. Truly doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

Only two employees in this location in the morning, the one making the sandwiches also in charge of the drive thru, using her fingers on the screen and also making the sandwiches with the same gloves. That was upsetting, until I opened my sandwich and found the plastic on the cheese that the one with the tattoo sleeve on her left arm did not bother to remove when preparing the sandwich.
From cleanliness to customer service to quality of food, I strongly advise you use Google maps to find a different Dunkin Donuts. It was that bad, especially concerning the treatment of customers, that I felt the need to tell people not to give this location your business. The drive thru in and of itself should raise health concerns.

Went and got a cold brew coffee with cold foam with 8 cream 5 liquid sugar, 5 blueberry shots,5 butter pecan swirl they used burnt coffee and there was no cream in it meanwhile I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order when girl who made coffee was busy texting people while making my order please contact me
