From cleanliness to customer service to quality of food, I strongly advise you use Google maps to find a different Dunkin Donuts. It was that bad, especially concerning the treatment of customers, that I felt the need to tell people not to give this location your business. The drive thru in and of itself should raise health concerns.

Went and got a cold brew coffee with cold foam with 8 cream 5 liquid sugar, 5 blueberry shots,5 butter pecan swirl they used burnt coffee and there was no cream in it meanwhile I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order when girl who made coffee was busy texting people while making my order please contact me
Bathrooms were so disgusting I didn’t even want to order from here

Went there took 5 minutes just for someone to come out and take my order even though they saw me multiple times I ordered two flatbed wraps and one coffee I managed to get my wraps and finish eating them before my coffee was even made and the only reason why it was ever made was because I complained that I'm still waiting for it after 20 minutes you could tell these girls do not care about their job and no pride in their work fire them all immediately
Horrible dunkin the car line is super slow and it took almost 20 for someone to get to the window at the drive through. never coming back.

While pulling into the Dunkin, I noticed a strange cow looking figure outside. Quite odd for a Dunkin' Donuts. A farm yeah sure but a Dunkin?? Then while waiting inside, I witnessed a EMPLOYEE fire a donut at a CUSTOMER!! I cannot believe I saw this. A employee catapulted a donut at a customer. Crazy. I was appalled. I think the cow should be moved inside to protect the cow

I’m getting SO SICK of this location closing BEFORE 9pm!! I’m just over it!! I get out of work at 8:30! I JUST drove in tonight at 8:51pm… it’s PITCH BLACK in there!!!! And this is FAR from the first time! I GET IT! You’re tired, you worked your shift, you want to go home!! But it was not a minute or 2 before 9… I mean the place was no lights on! And I went around the back anyway, of course to no avail, there WERE 2 women in there and they definitely saw me.. but they were “done for the night” I guess because they definitely acted like they didn’t see me! When’s business CLOSES at 9pm that does NOT mean YOU LEAVE at 9pm! That means NO MORE SERVICE! So 9pm is when you should start shutting down machines etc, cleaning, closing the doors etc! So yeah, you may leave at 9:30! But closing at 9pm does NOT mean you start shutting things down at 8:30! Or even 8:45! 9pm is 9pm! To the owner- either talk to your staff please or change your hours!!! Because like I said this is absolutely not the first time this has happened, actually it’s a very common occurrence.
