I haven't been here in a while due to past bad experience. Now I know I'll never go back. I asked for a large iced tea with very little ice and instead got a large cup of ice with very little tea. I asked for 4 sugar free sweeteners on the side and the employee stated they don't have anymore. She then found them and threw them at me. Yup I'll never go here again!

Ive been coming here ever since I could drive! I went there to get a simple order and got screamed at for no reason from a guy with curly hair wearing a grey blazer yesterday . He was truly making something out of nothing and to be honest most disturbing interaction I’ve ever had! Will drive an extra two minutes to get dunkin now!

They took too long for a coffee. I waited almost 20 minutes just to get a coffee. Their card reader was broken. The bathroom was trashed and not clean at all. Their drive through was long and their customer service was not good at all. As much as I love Dunk’n this really disappointed.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. They are so slow and unprofessional. The staff needs to stay off their cell phones and do their jobs. They lack leadership. The manager obviously is not doing her job.

I easily waited 15 minutes at the second window to even be acknowledged by any of the four people inside (not at a busy time), even though they knew I was picking up a mobile order that was ready. Probably just a bad day!

Drive thru has a giant pot hole that slams your vehicle when entering we have stopped here multiple times one time we had gotten completely burnt sandwiches, the other time they asked us if we had ordered when arriving to window and made us wait 5 minutes we go to dunkin donuts across multiple states while working and this is our worst experience yet im leaving this review because if i was the owner i would want to know whats going on.

Stopped here as a pit stop on a longer road trip. The doors were locked but after ordering and going through the drive in, the staff let us in to use the bathroom. The store felt run down inside. 2 of my 3 breakfast wraps/sandwiches were completely cold in the center and my coffee was lukewarm at best. It also seemed like it had been made incorrectly - nearly all frothed milk and tasted like there was no coffee. I had ordered the hazelnut monthly special coffee. Very very disappointing
The only I didn't like is the Manager that is there she should treat the workers with respect not curse that is unprofessional and treat them good they are trying there best and there is one employee that curses to much I was there 10 minutes and I can't believe what I am looking and the place needs a

The manager is a sweetheart and some workers but there is a worker there that is always cursing and that is not professional in a working place and the place need fixing I was there drinking my coffee and eating and went to bathroom it was raining inside the place needs upgrade but beside that I will still come because of the wonderful manager u have there very friendly and always smiling and she has very good customer skillsParking: Should need upgrading to many potholes and another thing people that don't have handicap should be tow

The hot chocolate was not hot AND didn't taste like a hot chocolate, more like watered down warm brown sugary water, and it cost me $2+ for a small . Complete waste of money.
