After multiple emails sent to the general manager Stephen Ward, notes left for the store manager “Peter”, and emails sent to customer service regarding this business location I am writing a review on the BBB. This location gave me gray moldy eggs on a sandwich and I have tried to get in contact with someone to resolve this issue for almost 2 months now. They ignore their customers. I have multiple emails that have zero response from anyone at the company. I have photos of the eggs and all I was originally looking for was compensation for the SANDWICH that could’ve killed me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR HEALTH THREATENED.

UNMELTED CHEESE. They chronically do NOT melt the cheese. Why is my grilled cheese unmelted. Its not a grilled cheese at that point. Its just warm bread with cold cheese. I have to check all of my orders to see if they melted the cheese before i leave because i cant trust itll he melted. Its unmelted way too much.

Hi, I went through the drive through to get my drink.. It was made wrong, had to turn around, drive back, saw a young man outside, taking food to a car.So I said, excuse me, could you please fix my drink?He mumbled something really nasty, like i'm just doing food and walked away from me.So I wasn't happy by the time I entered the store.. So now when you bring something back, you're a karen, not, you guys making it wrong.I'm a karen because I had to get out of my car come back in.Have that young man talk to me like i'm a piece of crap where's the manager during this whole scene?I would think hiding in the back... So let's just think about this.If my drink was made right?The first time I would have never entered your store.And we would have never had a problem problem problem.Solved, I don't need to go to dunkin' donuts every day.I need to save my money and not get called to karen.. I ordered a mobile order from here half dozen of donuts and had a friend pick it up. I get the half dozen and not one single correct donut is in the box not one donut I ordered.
