Worst dunkiin donuts how do you run out of your biggest coffee and 9 am lazy

They didn't have many donuts to choose from at all. Atmosphere was uncomfortable. I'm not from the area, passing through. Ended up not making a purchase.

I’m only doing a review because it has been consistently the same service and I go here at different times of the day, different days of the week. Every time the service is slow and they mess up my order more times than getting it right. Today it was a half an hour wait in the drive through for a coffee and a sandwich. Thank God I wasn’t on break from work because waiting in line would have been my entire work lunch. The people ahead weren’t ordering anything out of the ordinary either. I don’t know where the sense of “fast food” went but it was not at this Dunkin.

Just ordered 2 lattes they are cold supposed to be hot this is ridiculous this location always has issues with food or drinks avoid this

The service is great employees are friendly. The food is okay when they have what you ask for. They are out of stuff quite often. My issue at the moment is they need to either not use their containers for multiple things or make sure they are cleaned well. Today the iced teas tasted like coffee. A waste of two large iced teas and my money.
Parking: There are very few parking spaces.

Terrible layout. It’s across form a frikken school, kids walking in and out and they decided to surround the place with a drive through and parking. Someone’s gonna run over a kid with a giant pickup truck and whoever designed this building is to blame.

Parking: Difficult due to the parking lot being small.
both times i went i ordered in advanced on the app and both times they tried giving me only the coffee part of my order without realizing i had two more items. idk if that's the system they're working on messing up or the employee's themselves... i think im just going to head to another dunkin from now on lol. especially since the wait was long. the food itself was good and the employees were alright, not the friendliest but also not rude thankfully . probably getting underpaid- i wouldn't care abt my work that much either lol.
