We stopped by late at night on our way back to the hotel,at Great Wolf Lodge.We went through the drive thru and the staff there were very friendly, helpful and polite.Will definitely visit ,once I'm in that area.The mocha ice coffee tasted great,the way I like it light and sweet.The donuts was good also.You should drop by once your in that area because the service was excellent.
The time is takes for the drive thru is ridiculous. I understand things happen and there are busy days and times. But maybe schedule and plan for them better? Not sure if it’s the management or workers. It’s been happening consistently though

I had ordered something on the mobile app to pick up. I walked in and there were 3 girls behind the counter. All of which acted like I was bothering them. I told them I had a mobile order and theh said it would he a few minutes. Well, 15 minutes later im still waiting and none of those 3 girls even checked to see if my food was being prepared. 15 minutes later the person making the food came out and asked what I was waiting for, only to tell me what I ordered wasnt available.
