Sometimes their so busy they run out of flavorings or sides but, they're located across from a high school. I don't complain, the service is great and the employees are friendly.

both times i went i ordered in advanced on the app and both times they tried giving me only the coffee part of my order without realizing i had two more items. idk if that's the system they're working on messing up or the employee's themselves... i think im just going to head to another dunkin from now on lol. especially since the wait was long. the food itself was good and the employees were alright, not the friendliest but also not rude thankfully . probably getting...

My issue at the moment is they need to either not use their containers for multiple things or make sure they are cleaned well. Today the iced teas tasted like coffee. A waste of two large iced teas and my money.
