This is my favorite Dunkin! They're consistent with their drinks, friendly and nice.

I came here with my family today and decided to buy food , ordered 40 dollars worth of food and asked for ketchup apparently they don’t carry ketchup . I asked for some ice and charge me for it . Few minutes later few woman came and took free glass of ice . I would never come here again

I go here often because its close. Usually the coffee is a 4/10. I started buying Folgers and making my own at home. Today I went and the croissants I ordered were burnt. The ice coffee taste like water and the hash browns had hair in it. I will never go here again.

Manager is rude. Firstly the first day I kept reaching out to them about my missing latte their was no answer, call after call was ignored nonstop when I tried reaching out to them about my missing drink in the order that I placed. When finally my calls were able to go through the following day I spoke with the store manager he refused to refund my order, yet I wasn’t asking for a refund I asked for it to be made being it was missing. I was never looking for money in return, just my missing product that I spent a lot of money on as well as other items at that location. Manager was very rude, and refused to make my salted caramel that was missing, told me to contact the 1800 number for instance. I would not recommend purchasing from this dunkin, because they don’t take accountability for their workers mistakes, nor do they promise to make a product let alone refund when the problem is on their end. I’d recommended shopping at another Dunkin branch or fast food restaurant, being I’ve never experienced this issue before….

Long story short my daughter's a new driver she pulled up to the window and was trying to figure out what you wanted The lady at the window started barking out can I help you can I help you! We get our food next thing I know there's a hair in the food we go back to get a refund they give us an attitude they laugh at us not even a sorry truly the most disrespectful dunkin' donuts I have ever been to they will never get my money again and I live right down the street

I often come here when I visit my PA home and every time has been pleasant. Staff is friendly, food is prepared well and the store is never dirty. Compared to locations I've been to in my home state of NJ this Dunkin feels like finer dining by comparison. Well at least as fine dining as fast food can be.
