I really enjoy the Dunkin experience. The app is easy to use and Dunkin runs lots of special offers. We use the drive thru. I have tried donuts from other local stores, but for my area Dunkin is the best place to go for donuts. I also enjoy the current breakfast deal, coffee, hash browns and a bagel with bacon egg and cheese for $6. My daughter loves the Dunkin coffees. There is just one issue I wish would change. At the pick up window, they open the window hand you the food and close the window, even before they give you the complete order. There has been countless times when my hubby leaves at that point, without the complete order. I do not live close to Dunkin, and it's very hard to go all the way back to pick up one donut. Then when we do get back there, no apology, no compensation. It's an easy issue to fix... The pick up window should remain open until the order has been completed. Or the Dunkin worker could say, I'll be right back with the rest of your order, please wait." I feel this simple fix would greatly improve the customer experience at Dunkin. So if you use this Dunkin make sure you have all of your order before you leave the Drive thru.

Ive never had problems at this location, but today was a terrible experience. I ordered ahead I get to the window. I asked the girl is this almond milk? She says I don’t know I didn’t make it. I asked her Can you please find out she huffs and puffs and sucks her teeth and walks away, barely away from the window and come back to say Yeah it’s almond milk and shoves it in my hand with an attitude I used to work here at the same location, you guys have really fell off with the type of people you are now hiring and to top it all off my bacon is not even fully cooked.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. I arrived before 7 PM, well ahead of their posted 9 PM closing time. The place looked fully operational—lights on, chairs out, digital menu boards lit up—but there were no workers in sight. After waiting, someone finally came out and told me only the drive-thru was open due to being short-staffed. If that’s the case, they should turn off the inside lights and boards to avoid confusion and wasted electricity.
To make matters worse, there were at least three employees there—enough to handle the drive-thru but not to serve customers inside. On top of that, the selection was terrible. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Management needs to address these issues ASAP.

Horrible service was rushed by Kamryn At the drive-through when we had nobody behind us kept saying is that all it’s not all and then when we approach the window, she gives us one drink and says have a nice day when there was two drinks on the order we tasted drinks and the one is just all milk, barely any coffee just taste like milk and my other coffee Tasted like crap the bottom of the pot Never going to this place again

Dude I don’t do this but I just waited 40 minutes for a coffee and some sandwiches . Was told to leave the drive through and wait in front of the door where we waited 15 minutes for while traffic couldn’t get through because of where they had us sit. That was ridiculous. Fix it
This place is disgusting they have a whole meth head with a pealing and scabby hand with no glove making and serving the food and drinks. Absolutely disgusting and inspectors need to come visit this place

Honestly, the only reason I go here is because its close but its awful.They rarely ever get the food right, sometimes its hard to understand what the person says over the speaker and the service is extremely slow.Honestly, you're better off going to the one by the highway or in Deleware Water Gap if you want the correct order AND the correct amount of money charged each time.Absolutely awful...
