This was the best food I have ever tasted since I lived in Pennsylvan. When I say that red snapper melt in your mouth. The season on it was perfect. The couple that owned this establishment was so polite made my husband and I feel very welcome. I have been looking for Haitian food for over 6 years. When I tell you it was worth it. I mean it literally I definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone. Especially if you want to take your wife to a perfect restaurant. To the owners thank you for all your hospitality. Food was delicious! I had the stew chicken with rice and beans and got a kremas for thanksgiving. Staff was so nice and accomodating. Glad I found this gem of a restaurant!

My Family and I had a great experience at FABU and we are trilled to have authentic Haitian dishes near by. My kids love the wings and I love the legume🥰🥰 FABU for sure is our new spot❤️

My husband and I really enjoyed the food at Fabu. My favorite is their goat tassot and the fried chicken. They also sell some really good Cremas. We will definitely eat there again.

What a wonderful meal we just had!!
Delicious Haitian food, made fresh after you order. It came out piping hot and was so tasty! The owners were super friendly and sweet, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their food and their restaurant. The setting is beautiful, and there was peaceful French jazz music playing. Our meals came with salads too. And they're open on Tuesday, a day that a lot of other local restaurants are closed! I had the legumes with shrimp, which was delicious, tender carrots, cabbage, etc with six large shrimp (tails off, which I always appreciate), two fresh hot pieces of fried plantain, white rice, and red beans with some sort of starchy vegetable (maybe chayote?) in the middle of them. A big meal! I had to take some home even though I ate a lot! $26. Well worth it. My baby LOVED the rice and beans!! My husband had the stewed goat, and he said it was great, not tough at all. The thing about this place is that everything is made freshly and served fresh, so nothing is dry or reheated. They even gave us samples of the passion fruit juice, and that was awesome. Like nectar! Yum.
I highly recommend this restaurant. Such a nice, relaxing dinner.

Great food and very friendly staff. Nice to have such quality Haitian food so close by. I will gladly tell everyone to come here and I will definitely be coming back as well. Also I highly recommend the Passion Fruit Drink it was so refreshing.

I surprised my husband with authentic haitian dinner. I went in there right before closing. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The establishment was clean and very welcoming. The food was great. And we look forward to go again in the near future.

This is my second time coming here and me and my family came to dine in, the owners are very nice and the food didn’t take long to arrive. As a college student I’m glad I found a Haitian restaurant that’s not too far from ESU you should definitely check it out ?

Me and my girlfriend went there for the first time, we from New York and decided to spend a few days in PA. My girlfriend was the one who wanted some Haitian food, and chose the place. The restaurant was clean, spacious, very welcoming. Fabu was really nice and friendly, when I asked her where the name for the restaurant came from, she told me her husband gave her that nickname. The food was delicious, I just wanted the plate to be bigger though to be honest, couldn’t get enough. We had some griot, fried plantains, white rice, legumes, and 2 cups of grenadines juice. I should have bought 2 more cups, juice was delicious for real. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us , and sorry for posting this review so late too ? keep up the good work!! ??

To the owners of Fabu who so graciously share their expertise with us and give us the opportunity to seat down and indulge in exquisite Haitian cuisine a huge thank you is not enough but just the start. Having had the privilege to travel to various countries around the world such as Jamaica, Costa Rica, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Germany, Iceland, Argentina, Canada, France, Cayman Island, Vieques and Belgium just to mention a few... it is indeed an amazing experience to taste fresh food with such an outstanding and authentic seasoning with such a rich flavor and freshness.

Please do not pay no attention to those who criticize and exaggerate the waiting time which is not true. Maybe they should go further down the road and order some fast food with the common food chains so they can get it quick.

Fabu is true, authentic, genuine and freshly made food to your order not defrosted and deep fried like many. So please ignore those unfortunate individuals who think that by complaining they may get free food... yes that is a typical trick of the complainers' trade.

As an individual born and raised in an island... I felt just at home when I sat at Fabu, it felt so relax and enjoyable. This is truly 5 starts service right close to our current home.

So in short, Fabu please keep doing what you are doing because you are doing a superb job. Many blessings and may you prosper abundantly.
