Came here 1 am in the morning. Walked into a warm atmosphere authentic food and hospitable service. The personal touch of the food being served in gourds really takes one back to the mother land.

Fabu is my favorite choice for Premium Caribbean cuisine in the Poconos area. The authentic flavors of each plate are more than satisfying. My favorite dish has to be the Oxtails but please do not miss out on their amazing Stew Chicken. All fresh and tasty to the best of standards.

Fabu Restaurant in East Stroudsburg is amazing! The Caribbean food is authentic and full of flavor. Oxtail, fried fish, chicken, and seafood are all delicious, and the portions are generous. Upon entering FABU, I was greeted with a warm smile and the sweet aroma of home. The owner Farrah offered much more than just delicious food. She offered genuine connection and true hospitality! Each dish was well seasoned, made to order, and bursting with flavor. As someone who recently relocated to the area, every bite reminded me of my own Caribbean family and made me feel right at home. FABU is more than a restaurant — it’s an experience filled with love, culture, and comfort.

The owners were delightful. The customer service included sampling of delicious lemonades and a few menu items to ensure we would enjoy our entrees. We tried the black rice, plantain, beef legume, curry chicken, and jerk chicken and the mango and strawberry lemonade. All delicious! Our food was freshly prepared so we had a delightful chat re Caribbean culture, history, food. Can't wait to dine in again and attend future events.

Fabu is an absolute gem in East Stroudsburg! We tried the legumes, wings, goat curry, and oxtail. Every single dish was cooked to perfection with rich, authentic flavors that blew us away.

Beyond the food, the hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The owners themselves took care of us, and their kindness and genuine warmth made us feel right at home. We will be back to try the red snapper. Without a doubt, a must try if you’re in the area.

My family and I are so happy Fabu is a short drive from us because we love it here. I have enjoyed everything I've eaten here so far. The jerk chicken was succulent, and the rice was done to perfection. My wife ordered a plate of accra, which I hadn't tried before but I was very pleased with the flavor and taste. Even my children who can be a little picky at times loved their meals as well. The owners are very kind and welcoming and definitely make every effort to provide stellar customer service. Coming to this place reminds me of some of the great carribean restaurants we frequented when we lived in Brooklyn and we will definitely be back!

Visiting from Philly and from the moment we walked in the owners were so attentive and welcoming. We ordered the sweet Thai chili wings and red snapper. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and well cooked. Definitely stop here!!
