A 1-rating is very generous. There were 3 tables of people in the whole place, and it still took them 45 mins to bring our food out. Part of the order was wrong, and they didn't bring out one order because they forgot about it. Never got napkins or silverware. The people there truly didn't care about any of the customers. Even when we tried to pay, nobody would come to the register. It would be best for the brand / company if this one closed down.

There was only 2-3 other families in the resturaunt yet waitor messed up twice with us, and I saw him bring another tables meal back as well.And I know he heard us correctly.He also was incredibly silent and didn't greet us or ask how the food was. We had to flag down the manager just to get the burger fixed and a box.She was nice, got me the replacement bun, but doesn't make up for the terrible service.Normally a quiet waitor is fine, but in an empty restaurant you would expect them not to mess up your order.Ended up spending $50 for 2 people.

Went for lunch. Dining room had no air conditioning. Ordered the Turkey dinner and received 3 small pieces of turkey with barely any gravy. For the price, not even close to a standard meal. Then wanted to order ice cream only to be told that they were out of hot fudge and forbidden chocolate. Really? The server was nice.

0 stars, first time at this Friendly's, was seated quick and had warm drinks delivered about 10 minutes later, ordered food and 45 minutes later nothing, waitress stopped once to ask if we wanted a desert menu while we waited, but offered nothing about the delay in food. We walked out and went to Wendy's. Not the Friday night dinner I wanted. But at least I got my food.

This Friendly's I visited can't be considered all that friendly. I walked in and was greeted with a wave of warm air, much warmer than outside., and an apology for the broken A/C system - the repair crew won't be there until Monday (today is Saturday)There was my one server working so it took awhile until we gave our order, but she was on top of her game. She's the only reason this review isn't a single star.Two plates of food came to the table in error, carried by a worker in the back. The food belonged one of the other two tables in the dining areaA table of six came in and stayed for 10 minutes before moving outside. More food came out and was taken to the wrong table.A woman who never identified herself cleared the table and thanked us for coming. We told her we wanted a small box for a couple of slices of quesadilla.The unknown woman appeared to explain that my choice of dessert was not available. I fully expected her to hand me a menu but had to go get one. And she dropped it off in passing as she walked by.Thankfully the sun was setting and the room slightly cooled down, but not by much.Bottom line is this place needs help, new owners, new attitude. Literally just walked out. Went in for lunch and was promptly seated. After 15min not a soul had come by to even ask if I would like something to drink, much less take my order. In the meantime I sat and watched the two parties that entered behind me enjoying their beverages and placing their orders. Guess they work in random order. No thanks. Will not be back.

Had breakfast here with the family. Food was amazing. Kids ordered from the kid menu. My kids are never full and today, they were full. Had leftovers to take home. Our waitress was wonderful too. Bent over backwards to keep the kids happy. Would definitely come here again.

Went with my fiancé to have some ice cream. Let just say the waitress was great (Melissa) But the ice cream was by far the worst, I've ever had in 53 years. They served me a large that in any other icecream parlor wouldn't even passed as a small. The servings look nothing like the menu. So don't be fooled.

Service was terrible. Food was good. Only 2 servers on. 4 families total in restaurant. Spent total of 90 minutes in restaurant waiting for food, then dessert, waitress was too busy cleaning tables that no one was even at, never asked us how was food or if we needed anything. Also messed up our orders. When it came to the check we sat another 10 minutes until we got the bill and there was only 1 other couple in the entire restaurant. There was 4 of us. $90 total for dinner n icecream!!! Bathrooms were a mess and obviously where the employees take their smoke break. Would not recommend or visit again

I am not one to leave bad reviews but we were at dinner for almost over 2 hours. Our poor waitress seemed so confused by everything. Even watching her interactions with other customers seemed off. Now food and ice cream coming out i would never blame the server as they don't make that stuff. But when we finally got our ice cream we asked for the check and an hour later we had to ask again. Now if they were slammed that would be one thing but she had 3 tables. I really hope she is ok but maybe server isn't a good fit for her. I hate writing bad reviews

After having eaten there for 7 years and loving Friendly's, I moved to NM for five years. On my return I wanted to show my wife how awesome they were and Ubered some food. Turns out that the quality has gone down the toilet. Soggy everything, bland waffle fries that cost additional, and Un sweetened sweet iced tea. Sadly. I don't think I'm coming here again.

Chaos. Phones being picked up & hung up, door dash deliveries being declined, 30+ people being turned away...is just a little bit of what we experienced. Came to visit my boys (2 18 yr old East Stroudsburg Univ. students) Wanted to take them out to eat. I have never experienced this type of environment. The poor waitress was a high school girl that kept apologizing. She should not have been put in that predicament. It took 55 min. to receive our food (subpar to say the least) in the meantime I witnessed the chaos. People were trying to seat themselves as no one acknowledged that they were standing there. This could be a gold mine and a nice family place to go. Friendly's. Who doesn't like Friendly's? After reading the reviews it appears to be the norm at this location. Do yourselves and the Friendly's name a favor, please send someone to visit this location. This was an embarrassment to the Friendly's name. The young waitress makes a low wage + tips. Clearly her paycheck was walking out the door. My boys were going to apply for a job there. Not after this experience. I did send this to talkfriendly's. Hoping this location cleans up their act quickly before all business leaves.

Bad food. The cook didn’t know how to make Philly Cheese Stake. The sandwich was so dry I had to swallow that with coke. Please don’t waste your money to go there. Even the waitress said sorry to us.
