The empanadas are out of this world! Fish ceviche was amazing! Everything we had was delicious and authentic. They appear to be under staffed, so allow for more time for any order. It is worth the wait!
My wife and I just went to INTI Peruvian restaurant and enjoyed Inti Tacu Tacu. I came to learn that Tacu Tacu is flavored beans and rice. Ours came with steak, plantains, a firm(ish) fried egg and a half lemon garnish. Very tasty and satisfying after a day of paddling and enjoying the Poconos. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior and interior. If you are looking for something a little different, I would recommend giving this small Peruvian restaurant a try. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. They also have really great music piped in though I didn’t understand what was being sung (Espanol).Regarding the reviews stating bad or slow service, it is a SMALL (10-15 tables) and what appears to be family run restaurant. In the busy season I would recommend going early or late when they are not busy or at least go knowing you will wait for a while if they are busy.
One of the worse food experience in the Poconos! I don’t even know where to start it was all bad. The food was average and the wait was ridiculous long. We waited over 1.5 for our food. And then only half of our table was served. We couldn’t take it and had to take the other half to go. While we were waiting we weren’t offered water so we ordered water and it took over 30 mins to get two bottles of water. To top it off, the waitress who may also be the owner was very rude. It’s as if she was doing us a favor to serve us. And the end all, when we went to pay we were told only cash because the machine was down Luckily my partner offered zelle to pay. And to make it more of a horrible experience, they charged us an automatic 18% tip for one of the worse service we ever had.
Our experience surpassed expectations. The ceviche was mind-blowing. My wife and I shared one order and it was more than enough. We also decided to share the "whole roast chicken with 3 sides (yuca, beans and maduros). The seasoning on the chicken was fantastic and the jalapeno cilantro sauce was delightful. Service was quick without being rushed. The staff was very willing to discuss the meal with us despite our language barrier. We will go again if we are ever able. BYOB.
Waiting time 1 hour 30min. until the Chef came to tell us that the kitchen run out of gas and therefore they could not prepare anything on the fry pan. We got ceviche mixto , chicken ,causa and papá a la Huancaina . Food was terrible , lack of flavor, such a long waiting for nothing. Service also unprofessional, no even sorry or offering something to eat for the children .
This restaurant is a gem...with excellent food and service. Food was very tasty, specially the fish ceviche (one of the best I've ever had) very fresh.
We enjoyed a delicious and authentic meal at Inti. Ordering and discussions were partly in English and Spanish. We would happily come back if we are in the Poconos area and happily recommend this restaurant.
Delicious food, great service. Highly recommend trying this place out. The food was delicious and it was great to share with my kids.
Worst service I've ever received in town. Felt as if they were forced to be there. These two ladies here have no idea what customer service is. How come you go to a restaurant (of all places) and when you ask if a side dish can be replaced by another side dish the answer is no? The lady dared to say "that's the way we serve it and I can't change it" -Ha! You have got to be kidding me. Two wifi with the name of the restaurant appear available, asked the waitress if she could share the password and she said "I have no idea why those are popping up, they're not ours" - jeez. The servings are beyond ridiculously small. For the love of God I understand inflation but rice and beans are still cheap. To add insult to injury you serve potatoes with cream cold. Disgusting. Not once was my family asked if the food was ok.And the place itself is to throw up. Save yourself a disappointment and go somewhere else where they care about your service. Will never come back.
One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! Two of us shared the ceviche mixto, a half pollo with maduros, yucca & beans, and the lomo saltado, and each was more delicious than the others! It was too much food for two big eaters! Friendly service, too.

I had the most amazing Salmon dish at Inti peruvian restaurant. It was the best salmon I have ever tasted. The asparagus were tender, crisp and delicious. The salmon was crisp on the outside and moist and so .... tasty. Simply try this secret randavous you WILL NOT be disappointed.C. A. Butch
Cozy atmosphere, friendly service and excellent food. From the appetizers to the entree everything was delicious! Food was flavorful and made with love, it was better than restaurant quality, this food was like home. Lucky to have this restaurant in our community and we will be returning!
First time...we came at 6:15pm and the lady told me the whole restaurant is reserved and everything was empty. The restaurant was empty..she was so moody and not courtesy...No nice to welcome people.. they don't want to work is better closed the place..
If you order nothing else, do yourself a favor and order the fish ceviche, it is actually excellent. It's what made this a three star review instead of two. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend much more. The empanadas were decent and the Chuafa de Pollo (Chicken Fried Rice, Peruvian style) was just so-so. I really want to like this place but the service was just super slow for only having less than ten people total.
Great food and great service! We got the half chicken with three sides and we really enjoyed it. It was extremely fresh and perfectly cooked. :)
