I work at another Jersey Mike’s and this is the best one in the area. Very clean, food was done as perfect as can be.

I’ve visited this location many times, ordered both ahead and in-store. The customer service was awesome, the food tasted good, and I left the store wanting to revisit in the future. I have nothing negative to say, I will be back for another sub soon!

Disgusting, repulsive. Just some of the words I can use to describe this place. Horrible food, poor service. Place looks like it is crumbling to the pressure.

Pre-ordered online. Picked up food and got 2 fountain drinks that were completely flat. Went back in and as I was telling the girl at counter what my issue was, she finished my sentence as she knew the soda was flat because she then said it ran out of CO2. She told me she was changing it and I asked if it was going to take long as I was on lunch break and needed to get back. She said it would be quick. I wanted 8 minutes and asked if I could just get 2 bottled sodas instead. She said it was an extra charge and so I had to wait longer for the soda to be fixed. Very inconvenient. Also over priced for a basic sandwich.

Their attention to detail is amazing. They will make you feel like a king or queen. They remember my orders and automatically add extra green peppers. One employee especially goes the extra mile, her name is Jazzy and they are very lucky to have her as an employee . Thanks for always coming through.

I saw the servsafe certificates on the wall but I guess no one in the building was actually certified to be serving food. 5 stars for the customer service. 0 stars for the cross contamination, food sitting out in the temperature danger zone, and -5 stars for the man who kept putting all the lettuce on the cutting board back in the pan after each order and wiping his sweat with his gloved hands.

My food was fine and service was fine by the girl who made my order. Sad to say but the manager at the east stroudsburg store had gloves on talking on her phone and then went to look in the bathroom with the same gloves on , she then proceeded to pull on the bread and then the meat and made a sandwich for someone to go order with the same dirty gloves on. This was today between the hours of 1:30 -2:00. I then asked the employee was she the manager and she said yes.wont be eating from there anymore.
