The food is good , i enjoy it and that’s why i continue to order . The person in the front , Stella i think someone called her , is less than desirable. I came to pick up my order, kindly asked for ketchup as i asked in advance on the phone . She said they put it in the bag but i showed her it wasn’t there . She walks away to get it mumbles “ i can’t “ and is shaking her head . Still , i smile and say thank you . But get to the car and there’s no utensils for my order so i still go back and kindly ask for some and she seems annoyed . Walks away and i had to stop her again to ask her can i give the tip to the person who made the food . Because I’m a server as well . And she just seems over it . If i had that attitude, as FOH worker , first thing in the morning at that , I’d probably get fired . None the less , i got my order , maybe I’ll sit in and dine and have a better experience , the servers seem nice . The host , not so much . I do love when the young man is there , he’s very pleasant. She could take some tips

The hostes on the phone kept on hanging up on me and not giving me time to explain my situation. If she don't have the time to adhere to the customers, then they can't please their customers.
