I placed an online order. The site had an error and I was told to call. I called, the woman asked me to hold on for a moment then hung up on me. A few minutes later I called back and another woman was soft spoken to the point of inaudible. She then transferred me to a third woman who was in some other department and acted like I called the wrong number instead of being transferred to her. With no luck online or over the phone, we went to see if we could sort it out in person and it was closed. Other people showed up while we were there to pick up orders they placed online without issue. Nice group of disgruntled hungry people confused because the only thing that worked was our credit cards got charged. One by one they either drove off or put in orders and went across the street to get them from Dominos.

If I could give it a 0 it would be a zero I ordered pick up and placed my order to driver 35 minutes out to get it only to find out they are closed and when I asked them about it they hung up on me don't recommend

Walked in for an Uber order pickup for one medium pizza. I went to the counter and asked about the order and the girl said it was going to be an hour longer wait. She said they were busy with orders but when i walked in her and another girl were just standing there laughing and talking. I thought uber orders were priority. No way anyone should wait an hour for one pizza.

Staff was friendly but this place is absolutely disgusting. The health inspector would have a field day. Bathrooms had puddles of piss all over the floor in various states of evaporation and reeked of a porta potty at a nascar race. The floors are sticky from front door to back door.
was in the store for over 40 mins just for 1 single chicken alfredo. will NOT return. service is terrible, took ten mins just for someone to take my order smh. then the pasta is lukewarm and i still had to ask for the breadsticks its supposed to come with and a fork. super irritated with this experience

We tried to order 2 pizzas and wings, and it took an hour !!! We call it in, they said 20 minutes, and we paid for it, and they never made are food don't ever go here!!!!!!!

when I got home and was about to eat my pizza I just picked up, I found rat droppings in it. Absolutely unacceptable! I found rat droppings on my pizza—disgusting and completely unsanitary. This is a serious health hazard, and I can’t believe this establishment is serving food in such conditions. I will be reporting this to the health department. Avoid at all costs! In addition, they always make mistakes with your order. I will be using Dominos again.
