First time here. Takes me back to a simpler time. 8 am on a Friday no wait. They have my favorite soda water. I got porkroll, egg, and cheese with veggie cream cheese. Staff were friendly.

Unprofessional rudeness from Pattie and another co- worker. when I called earlier and advised her the roast beef I received this morning at 11:30 am was well done when I asked for rare . She immediately became defensive and argumentative and refused to apologize to me …I asked to speak with the owner and she said come back 1 hour I waited an hour and came back the manager was still not there I had showed them the roast beef they refused to make me a new order said I AM NOT DOING IT !!and in the glass case there was roast beef which was rare not well done which I had received . I told them they have two options either to give me a refund or make me a new one and they refused to make me a new one so they went ahead and give me my refund. I have yet to speak with the owner in regards to these two rude employees so unprofessional. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. They both need to take customer service skills.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Get their roast beef on an everything bagel, it's incredible. This is a great place, run by friendly folks.

I just stopped at this deli today on my way to a Pizza shop on crystal street. I am so happy I did, I got a bologna and american cheese hero. I don't know if it was Boars Head meat but it was very tasty. Yes I said hero because I thought I was back in Brooklyn in the 70's when you got a full loaf Italian bread sandwich loaded with meat. I didn't even get the stuffed version of the sandwich and it was a lot, not only that the bread was great, I was skeptical of but I was pleasantly surprised it was wonderful. The price was insanely good for the value. Sorry Other big store chain, I will never be buying a sandwich from you again. My only issue is that this is really going to hurt my diet efforts, but we all must make sacrifices.

Went to school in East stroudsburg back in 2010… I use to go to this place weekly it true it’s a gem of a deli… old school feel amazing sandwiches I just hand to look it up to see if it was still there and of course it is … I will be there this weekend . If your in The area stop

Don't come here. The man with the glass and short salt/pepper beard was extremely rude. Belittled my wife over how she ordered her "Turkey Ruden - no Sauerkraut.". He told her to "Not call it a Ruben." and proceeds to be extremely rude asking how she wants her turkey sandwich. I would rare it a zero if I was allowed
