Shawnee is great for skiing but that’s it. The food and service was terrible, we sat down on the Groomers Grill and the first waitress messed up with the drink orders and sent a second waitress to bring it to us. The second waitress went to check but the first waitress pushed on us saying we ordered it. The food took long time to arrive and when it arrived, I got their Nachos for $13 dollars and I actually got cheese with nachos. Very poor quality food and high prices. Next time I’ll make sure to bring my own food.

We had lunch here on Christmas day before skiing and the staff was all so nice and welcoming, everyone was very kind and overall there was great service. Would 100% go again any day.

Watch out! They are putting foods after the “best by” date on the shelves. We became aware of it, because the quality was bad. We reported this to the staff, but they were very defensive and said it was not expiration date. They did not provide resolution.
Very unacceptable attitude and customer service.

Highly recommend the children’s Skiing lessons! My kids had a total blast, we got to have a break and ski and after their lessons they knew the basics and were comfortable practicing themselves. Super professional staff, and a wonderful family owned place. Love Shawnee!

The nastiest people in guest service ever! I bought my 2 day lift tickets online but never got an email so I went to guest services, the lady that was trying to help me had a chip on her shoulder telling me how did I not notice that I never got an email even though I bought the lift tickets directly from thier website. Then after she gave me the lift tickets for my kids, mind you I was alone with 2 young kids trying to carry everything. The lift tickets fell out of my hands, I went back to guest services telling her the situation after trying to search for them on the floor with my 2 kids, again alone. Told her the situation, she proceeded to ask me how irresponsible could I actually be and what kind of mom am I where I can't keep things together?!?! At this point she saw how upset and I started to cry and only then did she help me, but the fact that I had to get to that point was absolutely ridiculous! Never the hell again! This mountain needs to get better people working there for sure!

Shawnee Experience is probably the WORST winter experience I've had in a long while , if not ever. From the filthy bathrooms to rude staff to ridiculous rules , it's anything but fun. From the get go of getting in , and stopping by the restroom, I was thrown off by the filth (not even taking covid into consideration, the soap was lacking, dryer barely functioning and the stalls just
