My husband and I always stay at the Quality Inn when we come to town. Getting stuck indoors from a rain storm, we decided to give the Roasted Tomato a try for dinner. Oh My Goodness! Their Cajun chicken pasta dinner is amazing! Ted, the bartender was great, so friendly and funny. Tim the chef would come out and speak with us, so humble when I bragged on his pasta dish. Driving cross country and stopped in for dinner before we hit the motel. Ted made us feel so at home. COLD tap beer and Great home cooked food and fresh dessert. I got the dinner special.
The place is a little rundown and a little outdated, but the food is absolutely stunning. The chef and waiter Ted were very friendly and provided excellent service. Total hidden gem! :)
