The Warehouse Tavern & Grill

I read some of the comments, and honestly, they seem like they were written on purpose to hurt the restaurant.

My husband and I attended the show as well, and we had a great experience. The manager handled every situation professionally. He was constantly smiling, checking on guests, and making sure the staff stayed organized and worked as a team. That’s exactly what a manager is supposed to do. A manager shouldn’t be running around serving every table—that’s the servers’ job.
He took the time to tell us about the restaurant’s new concept, the new interior design, the beautiful new tableware, and the updated menu. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about improving the restaurant and creating a better experience for guests.
We also liked how professionally he was dressed. Today we met him again at the pool, had another nice conversation, and he invited us back to the restaurant. Yes, his English isn’t perfect, but we understood him without any problems, and his positive attitude made a great impression.
The steak and salmon were delicious, and we left very satisfied. Don’t believe everything you read online—come and experience it for yourself.

I was staying at the Villas in Treetops by Exploria and attended the Saturday night comedy show on June 20, 2026, at Warehouse Tavern & Grill.
The comedy show itself was excellent. The comedians were funny, entertaining, and kept the audience laughing throughout the evening. It was easily the highlight of the night.
Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant was much less positive. During the evening, I witnessed management repeatedly yelling at servers in front of guests. The interactions appeared hostile and intimidating, creating a tense atmosphere that took away from what should have been an enjoyable evening. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to watch employees being spoken to in that manner. Although the manager was speaking loudly, we often could not understand what he was saying, which only added to the confusion and discomfort of the situation.
What stood out most was how hard the servers worked despite the environment. Every server we interacted with was friendly, attentive, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. They deserve recognition for their efforts.
At one point, our group asked to speak with a manager regarding our concerns. While he did come over to our table, we left the conversation feeling unheard and dissatisfied with how our concerns were addressed. We also had difficulty understanding much of what he was saying during the conversation.
I also observed the manager vaping inside the restaurant, which I found surprising and inappropriate in an indoor dining environment.
The staff did an outstanding job, but the management experience overshadowed what otherwise could have been a great evening. It's unfortunate because the comedy show was genuinely enjoyable, and we found ourselves wishing it had been held at a different venue.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Warehouse Tavern & Grill. I do, however, commend the servers for their professionalism, hard work, and excellent customer service.

I recently ordered takeout from The Warehouse Tavern & Grill and was disappointed with the food quality. The chicken alfredo was not creamy, but rather had cheese simply melted on top, and the mozzarella sticks were bland and unseasoned. The boneless wings felt like frozen chicken bites, and the buffalo chicken lacked buffalo sauce. Overall, the meal lacked seasoning and freshness.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Service was terrible, food quality was okay but orders were wrong and took 1.5 hrs to get our food. Should have known when we came here on Father’s Day and we were the only people here.

The ribs were some of the worst I've had. They were overcooked, dry, and difficult to eat. The seasoning was almost nonexistent, and the barbecue sauce couldn't make up for it. Definitely not worth the money.

The burgers were burnt. All you tasted was the burnt taste. Don’t waste your time getting truffle fries they didn’t have any truffle taste and they have no garlic aioli. The Pepsi had the weirdest aftertaste. The mozzarella sticks were cold. The food should match the price and it doesn’t at all! Either lower your prices or bring your food up to par. If I could rate 0 stars I would have. I asked the server if we could substitute fries with Mac and cheese and they said sure, but then came out with fries. They could have told us we couldn’t do that so she could have gotten Mac and cheese separately.

Terrible experience

A pretzel was still under the table next to ours. Marginal food. Tried it after check in to the on site resort on a Thursday night. The food they had on hand was meh and definitely not worth the price. I'll list the things they didn't have. 1. Lemon for my water. 2. Spinach dip appetizer. 3. Sour cream for the nachos. I then ordered the pretzel i got cheese but it was not beer cheese. My main meal, the blue burger was ordered medium. It came well done. I'll be going off resort for the rest of my meals this trip.

We waited really long for our food and then i suffered from stomach pain all night. We watched the waitress, the busboy, and the bartender all switch between jobs. It seemed a little unorganized

At first, my family just stopped by the restaurant for a quick lunch. However, the food turned out to be amazing, and the atmosphere was very cozy and pleasant. The servers were kind and polite, and I received my order quickly while it was still fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping by this place!!
