Unfortunately, this is one of the many restaurants that have tried to make it work in this building. None have been successful and I expect this one will meet the same fate. There were only 3 other tables during the time we were there and it is a large building. The prices are high for what you get. We ordered nachos as a starter, and they were bare when they finally arrived 45 minutes later. We actually asked for additional queso blanco because they were so dry and instead got a dish of microwaved Velveeta. Apparently they are running out of items or not ordering enough to begin with. Drinks were good, they have specialty beers if you like a variety of brews, but they are pricy. We were so disappointed we went elsewhere for dinner. Overall my impression is that they are poorly managed. With other options down the road, it's not worth the trip.

Everything was great from the second we walked in. The guy at the door was friendly and smiled and actually spoke to us, not that typical "just nod your head and smile" but like real talk. We came in about an hour before closing (always a 50/50 chance with a restaurant). The menu caught our eyes immediately! I got the Crispy Chicken Alfredo and my partner got the Chilean Sea Bass also the artichoke dip. We DEVOURED it all!! Waitress was alone with 2 other tables and we waited for NOTHING!! Great service, Amazing Menu!! We will be back. And we also own a local business in the area and now we have another recommendation for our customers.

WOW, LET ME TELL YOU! I got the pizza dip with pita - holy moly, that sauce was fire ? my taste buds were definitely dancing! I absolutely love French onion soup so for my entree I got the French onion burger, one word - DELICIOUS! The burger had so much flavor. And lastly I tried the boozy milkshake, the flavors were great and so was the presentation!Overall great experience, 5 ⭐️& the staff was absolutely amazing!

Love this place! Definitely hands down one of my favorite places to go! Not only for the incredibly creative food and drink menu that they have but also for the management, workers, and chef. The manager Seth is absolutely amazing. He takes the time out to personally visit tables and make sure your time there is going well. It’s something that I don’t often see happen as much anymore in the restaurant business. Also, you will sometimes find the chef also visiting tables, this is also something I don’t see often, if at all! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, it feels very comfortable and homey. I would recommend visiting White Oak Tavern over and over again. We are all looking forward to the nice weather coming in to sit out on their patio!!

This place is great. I have not had a dining experience like this in a long time. The manager Seth makes a point to come to the tables and speak to people. The atmosphere is great, food is awesome (I personally love the pasta cones and pizzas), the live music is always incredible, and the staff are all amazing. Would recommend. We will be back time and time again.

Had dinner there about 2 weeks ago. We loved I had the alferdo pasta cone was delicious. We got the cheese steak dip great taste. Someone in the party got the French onion burger and they loved it. Definitely would go again and I believe it will be my summer spot this year.

Another pretentious restaurant for visitors from NYC. Pasta cones are almost as d*** as "cup o' pizza". The loaded tavern fries are over-salted fries with sweet and sour pork belly and an unappetizing cheese sauce. The pasta in the cone tasted good, but was difficult to eat. I wish I had tried one of their $16 burgers.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel it’s necessary. The complete dinner wasent good. From start to finish. Waitress too our order but never asked for drinks. Next time we saw her it was when dinner was coming out. My daughters chicken tenders were over done and spicy. After flagging the waitress down she said she will have them make a new one. Well 20 min later still no chicken. I eventually told them to just cancel because it was taking to long and out food wasn’t good either. I can go on but it’s not worth it. Oh and they charged me for the chicken tenders. Until I asked them about it she said she would take it off. 11.00 for a kids chicken tenders. There were 5 cars in the parking lot on a Friday night. Should of known.

My husband and I went to try this restaurant recently. We ordered pizza dip which literally took 40 minutes to come out of the kitchen, keep in mind we were the only ones there at the time. The dip was okay. Then the burgers came out, I ordered the tavern burger my husband the mozzarella burger. They were awful, no taste and expensive. We ended up not eating more than a couple bites. Any fast food chain would have been much better.

Rarely write reviews, and it takes a lot for me to write a negative one. Came here with a group of friends. I didn't expect gourmet food, but expected at least basic service. We had to ask for water, repeatedly. It wasn't very busy, but it took an hour for food to arrive. Appetizers were served after the mains...which came cold. Burgers were overcooked and dry. Fries were soft/soggy. The other dishes were either smothered in too much liquid/cheese or just tasteless. Most of the food was left uneaten. Don't bother until they clean their act up.

I usually don't write bad reviews, but my husband and I's experience here was horrible. The fries were undercooked and soggy, Food took too long to come, the chicken was way overcooked and dry. We heard constant arguing between the staff members in the back. Not only that, but the food is extremely overpriced, at 17$ a burger and is disgusting. My husband got the pizza, it was extremely thin, way too much cheese and he was sick the next day. If I could give a zero star review, I would. I'd rather eat at Burger King than this establishment.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but our experience here was pretty poor. Service was inattentive and the food was tasteless. We had the Tavern burger and the french onion burger and they were dry and had zero flavor. How do you mess up a hamburger? And at $16 and $17 a burger, you expect it to be absolutely delicious and it was the exact opposite of that. Definitely won't be back.

Don’t waste your $. Walking in to a freshly renovated restaurant was unfortunately deceiving. We waited nearly 10 mins to be seated by a hostess, only to wait another 15 mins for a waitress to come to our table. Once the waitress came to our table, she gave me an attitude about how we shouldn’t have “sat yourselves”.Our appetizer order arrived wrong, our drinks were mediocre and then our burgers were soggy and flavorless. Never could manage to get refills on drinks either. For two unsatisfactory meals, a $70 bill and horrendous service - this place deserves 0 Stars. Not to mention for the main dining room being renovated, the bathrooms looked like they belonged in a town dive bar.

Went for dinner on recommendations of recent Facebook reviews/posts. I have to say this was an extremely poor experience. The service was terrible, both the bartender and waitress walked past our table for 10 minutes, ignoring us until we asked if we had a waitress. The food was awful - my husband and I both had burgers, which were dry and flavorless. This is definitely a "never return" on our list. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not impressed. Went out with a few friends, waited 15 minuets for my server. Food was awful. The chicken was so hard it felt like chewing dog treats. Tasted like it too.The place was so empty the live music sounded awful against the acoustics of the room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting I hardly even wanted to use the toilets how filthy they were. Not to mention 2 out of the 4 stalls where closed. One of the IPAs we got tasted like apple juice. Way too sweet. Waste of money. I’d rather pub 570 back than this place.
