The absolute worst customer service Ever !!! Had a room reservation confirmation @ 3 days ago through OYO. Go to hotel , actually to the bar to check in , only to be told by the nasty ugly fat rude bartender that the rooms are sold out & your reservation is meaningless and she proceeds to just walk away. When I contact OYO they say they can’t get in touch with the hotel , the nasty ugly fat rude bartender then tells me there phone lines are down. I tell OYO I will hand the phone...read full review
Best ribs in town! The food menu has really stepped it’s game up! I promise u between the bartenders and the food this place beats out all the competition. Can’t wait for the warm weather and pool parties!
