Drive thru was fast , at the window the staff was more worried about side conversations with coworkers than customer service, bagels where not toasted at all and were raw. Disappointing.

New one! They also they forgot my fiancés donut he ordered. I called customer service line to get a refund as well they gave me my money back. The Dunkin over S. Queen St is 10 times better than this one! I ain’t coming back here til they improve there costumer service and better employees to serve others.

I love you guys, and my drink is always perfect... but please, do not have scented lotions or perfumes on. My cup smells like perfume. Not very appealing when you take a sip and smell perfume each time.

Once again, can you please NOT wear perfumes or scented hand lotion while handling people's drinks. I should not be smelling perfume while I am sipping my COFFEE!!!!! Food grade job, no scents. Come on!!!!

I’ve ordered from dunks 3 shifts in a row now. They forgot my straw the first two times so I called this morning after submitting my order and asked them to please remember my straw and now they just forgot some of the drink. It was not the driver, the bag was secure and sealed tightly with those glue strips you can’t open after closing and there was no spill in the bag. I really feel like this was done vindictively because I asked to remember my straw.

They screw up my order all of the time. It's like they don't care at all. The worst service out of any fast food place in Central Pennsylvania. Go to the Mt. Rose location.
