A typical McDonald's store in the United States. It's nice that there's a large free parking lot. American fast food clerks are usually unfriendly, but the staff here are friendly. As I was leaving after eating the burger, one of the employees opened the door, thanked me and said, "Have a nice day," and I was impressed by the response, "I'll honor your wishes."

It’s stupid that they want $15 an hour & yet have poor customer service nor do they know how to use the mobile app that they force down your throat when you first get to the drive thru. the manager dresses like a childish unicorn on Halloween (she probably borrowed the costume from her daughter) & doesn’t know how to use the app at all when I asked to honor a order that was supposed to be for this location but went to Springfield even though they did so in the past and she told me to get a refund via the app but couldn’t help me navigate to do so. Train your employees better cause they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. No wonder they 40+ & working at a fast food joint. This location is trash & ghetto; you’re better off cooking at home even if you just worked 10 hours. Wouldn’t recommend. The 5 star reviews are from friends or employees of the company. Go to Popeyes across the street; they’re way better

When you wait for 5 minutes and are the only people in line with a young daughter. Not being asked what we would like and then an older woman of another nationality walks in behind you and the male manager of similar nationality ask her how he can help her. I take my young daughter out and had to explain racism. Never again will I go there.

Good evening Google Family. How is everyone doing? Google instructed me to visit another location, however I googled the closest location and it was this one. I passed right by it, forgetting it was there when I was driving to meet my friend, Yolanda, at Folcroft Diner. The employees were very friendly and nice. I couldn't believe the service was so fast!! I order the exact same thing at the Micky D's in Broomall and the order is more. I couldn't believe it was $17.62. In Broomall, its about $23.62. I must be paying for the area, Broomall, is more expensive. I bought Mom, her filet of fish and apple and pumpkin pie. I had a great experience and I plan to come here again to take advantage of the cheaper prices. Thank you Google Family and have a great night. Don't forget to work out!!!!
