The staff (and I assume the management for these reasons) at this location is frequently awful. They claim everything under the sun is sold out all the time, often 'forget' parts of the order, and some seem undertrained and confused like they just don't know what they're doing. I genuinely like Popeyes food, but this specific one makes it hard to choose coming here over any other option.

Fries were a little hard but other than that everything was great. The staff at the time were very friendly & efficient. I'm unsure of their names (I think one was Felicia or Falicia) but both ladies that helped me at the drive thru was very nice.

The new renovation looks ugly. Design teem really ruined it. Foods still good though. Love the apple pies

Daquan serviced me today and was wonderful! His sales skills should be noted and praised, I wasn’t even considering at first what he offered me to buy but he persuaded me to do so. I can only imagine how much else he sells in one shift alone. Great Job!

Haven't been inside since the reno. Looks ! Just got premium lemonade 😋 and some biscuits for hubby and I. LOVE their chicken, (miss it) but for health reasons, Hubby andcan't have the high sodium

The food was good and ready quick. Guy at the drive through had a bit of a struggle understanding our order but it was all good in the end.

Definitely not one of their best stores. A slow Sunday night and extremely slow at the drive through. Then guy at the window had no idea what mardi gras mustard was. I didn’t noticed until i got to work that my order was wrong. My order is clearly on receipt correct and they even checked my items off by hand yet put other items in my box? Then the chicken i did get was old,burned and extremely dry. Poorly ran and will never return.
