We received coupons on our curbside circular in Ridley Park Pennsylvania. We showed the coupon to an employee before we placed our order. He took the coupon and then he took our order when it was time to ring us up he could not get the coupon to work they wanted us to pay over $50 for three foot-long subs. The coupon was good for three foot-long subs for $17.99 plus tax of course I’m not going to pay $50 for it I’m expecting to get three of them for $20 so we walked out. Why did he even make our sandwiches? They would not make any kind of manual adjustment so they just wasted a lot of food. I had a coupon problem at that store two summers ago but when we handed the guy the coupon before we placed our order he was like OK OK but the lady at the register was like no no no. I would just avoid that subway size prices three foot-long’s $50. You can go to any corner hoagie shop or even a Wawa and get three decent size hoagies for far less money.

It was hard for me to eat here I asked for vegetables from the bottom of the tray because bug's were flying around and the employees acted like they didn't see it I was uncomfortable talking to the employees they were rude a seemed bothered by my questions I also got a cup of pretzels they were hard as rocks I ended up throwing the sandwich away I don't recommend going to this store no matter how hungry you are

This Subway is ok. The people aren’t very friendly, they never greet you nor smile and they always seem to rush you out and seems to get irritated if you ask for anything extra. They never say have a nice day. The food is ok, very limited with options same goes with the choices of bread. The old crew at this Subway was awesome, they were always smiling and seemed like a happy family. I still go to this Subway often because I do like the order that I get as well as Auntie Anne’s.

Sandwich was good but there was a lot of miscommunication. Worker's understanding of English wasn't very good. I asked for a full sandwich, he thought I wanted four sandwiches.He moved slow. For me to be the only person there, it took ten minutes to get a sandwich that wasn't toasted. He kept leaving randomly in the middle of me ordering.. there was so much confusion with my experience. They didn't seem to have half of the menu items. Hopefully this is just a one time thing but I had to make this review.

Very rude. Tried to cheap me out of cheese. He gave up trying to peel two cheeses apart and left the right side of my sandwich cheese-less. I had to be stern about it and he said it would cost extra. Also drinks are $$$

Rude to the customer before me. Was not pleasant with me at all. I had trouble seeing the hoagie I wanted on the sandwhich board. He made my sandwhich I asked for mayo, it wasn’t enough so I asked for more so he grabbed another container and way overloaded it with mayo. Brought it home and tried to wipe it off. Didn’t work, couldn’t eat it. I also went with coupons for subway and he said they don’t accept them.

Horrible service and horrible management. I placed and order online through DoorDash and tried calling more than 10 times to let them know of my food allergies. Kept getting hung up on, made no adjustments to my order. Don’t waste your time at this branch. Go elsewhere trust me you’ll get better service anywhere else but here. Disgusting the lack of care for your customers who pay for your bills. ?

Be wary the hours listed are NOT accurate. I placed an order online Saturday 8pm, arrive at the store by 8:15pm. Already closed. Hours listed on Google and Subway website say open until 9pm.Sunday morning I went again to catch them when they open. 9 AM and not a single person in sight. All the lights are off and no food anywhere to be seen. At this point, I couldn't tell you if this location is even still in business.Attempted to call the manager left a voicemail. I will update this review if I hear anything back.Update: got an e-mail back that the store was short staffed and closed early on Saturday. No other communications. No mention about Sunday. Phone number goes straight to voicemail.

This place is definitely one of the most pleasant place in the area. Every time I come to this place I am exceedingly pleased. They preserve their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they give. You always win with this place. Very recommended.
