Food came fast wings were cooked fully could be a little crisper, the sauce were ok.. wet lemon pepper wasn’t flavorful, my overall everything wasn't Flavorful enough for me. Hot honey, lemon pepper and mango habanero.

The woman at front counter is rude and plays games, so be careful with this one. As a doordash driver, I went to pickup doordash and she purposely made sure I waited 20 mins and then said she doesn't see the order. She clearly had the order but lied and I don't appreciate that. 2 mins later she had the order ready without me telling her the order, so obviously she had it. She either does her job right next time or there will be a huge problem. Hire new employees or shut it down.

Ordered from here off doordash many times without issues but tonight, i got my food and nothing i paid for was in the bag!! only a ten piece wing. i spent $50 and can’t get a refund and all i got was an order of wings! can’t believe this i’ll go somewhere else next time

My first time ever at a Wingstop and definitely my last. Waited almost 45 minutes for an order of 6 wings(If you can even call them that). The garlic Parm ones barely had one bite on them, and don't get me started on the fries. They were cold, and barely even cooked. Just overall a horrid experience

The staff here is always rude, they don’t acknowledge you when you come in, don’t listen to you when you talk and couldn’t care less about people waiting. They have zero customer service skills. And this is the second time that I was given only half of my order at this location. I checked my order when I got in my car, discovered I was missing half of my food and when I went back in and told the girl I was missing food, she asked me a question, didn’t wait for the answer and kept walking right past me. A few minutes later, she came back and said “what did you say?” When I repeated that I was missing food, she said nothing to me and motioned to the girl behind her, who then acknowledged me some time after that. This location is 10 minutes from where I live. I have driven to the location that is 30 minutes from my house in the past just because I didn’t feel like dealing with the people here. I decided to give them another try and this was the last time I will ever go back to the location in Edgewood.

This is my third time trying this location in the past two months and I am very disappointed. The first time the wings were not fried hard after I specified over the phone and online that I wanted the wings well down. The second and third visit the wings barely had any sauce! Very disappointing. I believe they recently switched management and if so, that is the issue.

I won't return to Wingstop. It doesn't even deserve a single star. Despite 8 to 10 employees, none wore gloves while handling food. The person taking orders was casually snacking in the kitchen and sharing a KitKat with the person tossing wings. With the staff volume, the place should've been cleaner. Our food took a while and arrived lukewarm. Completely unsanitary place. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. ??Parking: Just don't go.

Horrrible service. Workers don’t speak English. Got the wrong amount of change back. Food was dropped on the floor and was proceeded to be cooked not thrown away. Food tongues have been dropped in customer view and continued to be used without sanitization. Workers STINK A MILE A MINUTE can smell them from the lobby. They don’t wash their hands from customer perspective.
