While at the drive through we heard extremely offensive comments made about us by the workers. We then proceeded to find that a large part of our order was missing and had to return back. The workers didn't care and are clearly better at being offensive then they are at doing a very basic job.

At 5:45 AM in the morning we received the best customer service we have ever experienced at any Dunkin’ Donuts at this location. The young woman that waited on us at the drive-through was very cheery and efficient. Her first name started with an M, but I didn’t catch the rest. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I was in town last Saturday and stopped to get a coffee for my ride home. After ordering I pulled up to the window and was greeted by the most wonderful young lady. What’s wonderful is when she took my money, she asked how my day was going. That actually made my day because I could tell she was genuine and usually you don’t run into happy people in a drive through window. If she were closer, I’d offer this girl a very good salary job…Sorry Dunkin! Almost forgot, I believe her name was Ava, at least that what it said on my receipt.

I went to Dunkin today and this poor girl Ava was the only one working and it was busy! You could tell she was super stressed but still smiled and was as happy as ever. Ava you are amazing in every way and embody what every Dunkin employee should be! I gave her a tip with as much cash as I had on me but lord she deserves so much more than my tip. I will be contacting corporate and I hope they show her appreciation and give her a raise! It’s ridiculous that she would have to work alone when it’s so busy!

Had to repeat the order 3 times to them. Wanted an iced coffee got it hot. Then they threw into a big cup of ice and made a water down shitty taste cup of holiday sadness. Worst dunkin place ever.

The Dunkin crew here are the sweetest people. Special shout out to amber and Yolanda, they always go above and beyond and never fail to put a smile on my face, I couldn’t think of a better way to start my day with a coffee and the team here.
