I went to Dunkin today and this poor girl Ava was the only one working and it was busy! You could tell she was super stressed but still smiled and was as happy as ever. Ava you are amazing in every way and embody what every Dunkin employee should be! I gave her a tip with as much cash as I had on me but lord she deserves so much more than my tip. I will be contacting corporate and I hope they show her appreciation and give her a raise! It’s ridiculous that she would have to...

I will go out of my way to come to this specific Dunkin location. As a coffee fein it is my daily treat going through Dunkin. The customer service is phenomenal. The Dunkin crew here are the sweetest people. Special shout out to amber and Yolanda, they always go above and beyond and never fail to put a smile on my face, I couldn’t think of a better way to start my day with a coffee and the team here.

We visited Dunkin’ in Edinboro yesterday 9/10 around 9am. The donuts were good and my husbands sandwich was good. However, The supervisor on at the time was very rude. We were picking out our donuts and she put the wrong ones in the bag when my boys were picking out theirs…i told her and she acted annoyed and switched them…and was just plain nasty. Ignorantly asked how many are you even getting? No smile on her face at all…just a grumpy nasty look. Then while waiting...
