This place was amazing! We got there and was told there was a wait so we got on the list. We got called like two or three laters that our table was ready which isnt bad at all and we went during lunch time on a sunday! The waiter we had was so friendly. Everything we got we loved. I got an omelette and that was genuinely one of the best ones I've ever had. That cheesy leek dip is perfection in the omelette. My husband got the Cuban and loved it too! The food came out very fast for being as packed as it was. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Finally went to Flips when my guest from California visited. First I felt cased out & judged by your employees. No real welcoming vibe.We both ordered the specials, my guest received the saddest side of fruit. Which upon inspection had rotten oranges. Our meals felt stale & definitely not made with any love. I was disappointed I had heard such amazing things about this place. I felt the menu was a thrift store of ingredients with cheeky names. I left thinking how much I missed The Grind & Squeeze & the lil baklava cafe next to the empty keg.

Flips always has a little wait, thats because the food is tasty! I had the crab cakes and eggs. The crab cakes were crispy and not soggy even under the egg. Was very pleased. Added a lil salt and pepper and ate! Those flips balls are good too
