My dog, Baxter and I go in 4-5 times per week. Usually order an egg McMuffin and a pup cup. Bax brings smiles to the worker’s faces and it’s the best part of his day. He wasn’t feeling well this afternoon, so I took him for a ride to grab a sandwich and a pup cup. The kid at the window wouldn’t give me a cup because I didn’t pay for it. In the middle of asking how much whipped cream in a cup would be and I’ll take it, he abruptly slams the sliding door. Please train and inform your employees properly.

NEVER order delivery through the McDonald's app. Ive waited two separate times for 45 minutes or more for my order. The phone number provided through the app does nothing but shrugs at the problem and since their drivers are third party calling the store does about the same. If i could give this store zero stars, I would.
Consistently the most overwhelmingly underperforming McDonalds in Erie County standing beside Union City and Albion in their dissappointing service. In terms of customer service--the staff seem apathetic and even on one night when theyre backed up and orders took up to 30 minuted to come out, they locked the doors an hour and half before the posted time. As for clenliness cleanliness--the floors are often a mess and the bathroom untidy--and accuracy--expext something to be missing; most commonly straws, fries, or sauces. Most recently, I waited a FULL ten minutes in the drive through before giving up, pulling around, and ordering in store where I waited another 20 minutes for my order to be fulfilled.
Most puzzlingly, they tend to get orders mixed up when served in the store itself because they simply don't adhere to the numbered order system that is a staple across every other location. They call the order out by what is in it which, obviously, multiple guests can order at the same time, which was the case when I visited, and easily confuse the order and hand off the wrong order.
If you are REALLY craving McDonalds and can go elsewhere in the area, I would suggest the McDonalds in Kearsarge, Peach, or Penninsula Drive.
If I could give this store negative stars I would.

This post isn’t anything bad about the service, employees or cleanliness. Overall they are wonderful. My complaint is about what my daughter bit into eating a mchicken sandwich. She pulled out of her mouth a very hard piece of plastic that hurt her teeth. Corporate McDonald’s what is in your food that your employees are making to serve to customers? I would love to post a picture of what this plastic piece looks like but I don’t see an option.
