Unbelievable had to wait 10 mins for a meal. To worried about drive thru never came to counter. Waiting 2 mins did not get something with order gave up because never came up and even acknowledged me. Ridiculous

My husband and I just left this McDonald’s location (120 E Plum St, Edinboro, PA) on 9/21/2025 at 7:07 am, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The young employee at the counter essentially ignored us—we placed our order at the self-serve kiosk, greeted her with “good morning,” and again thanked her as we left, but she didn’t acknowledge us once.
On top of the poor service, the condition of the ladies’ restroom was absolutely unacceptable. There was no toilet paper in either stall, the floors were filthy, and pieces of toilet paper were scattered everywhere. Both toilets were dirty, and one even had a used tampon floating in it. The parking lot of a landfill would have been cleaner.
This lack of cleanliness completely put me off eating my breakfast. If the customer restroom is so blatantly filthy, it makes me question what conditions are like behind the counter where food is being prepared.
At 7:00 in the morning, there is no excuse for a restroom to be in such a state. Between the lack of basic courtesy and the unsanitary facilities, we will never return to this location.

sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes waiting on food. food was horrible… wasn’t busy but i get it sometimes people call off and they can’t help it but to sit in a line for 20 minutes is insane i could’ve gone and sat down in a restaurant and gotten my food by the time i headed out of the parking lot
