I absolutely love the food and Norman is the sweetest guy ever so I would love to give this place 5 stars to help him out, but something really needs to be done about the lady that works there. She is incredibly rude, and looking at other reviews this seems to have been a very common ongoing issue for years. I think it’s incredibly unfair and sad that the one thing that has consistently hurt this business is this woman. If you are so unhappy doing this job that you treat your customers with this level of attitude and disrespect so consistently then simply don’t do it. I’m sure many college students would be happy for the job opportunity.

Arrived at the restaurant at approx 825 didn't get service until 833, was greeted with extreme attitude, the female working informed us that it was incredible rude to show up before they close and order food... their posted hours is 9 pm... told us to leave and not return... I will not

We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Sunday. We ordered food for delivery. I just have to say these folks are the nicest people. The food was DELICIOUS! The service was the BEST! And if you ever want good food in Edinboro PLEASE give these people your business. You will definitely be satisfied. We had subs, boneless wings and pizza. All of it was Soooo good. I work in a restaurant. I'm picky. I would visit this Pizza and Deli again for sure. Very soon! Thank you, Normans Deli for an Exceptional take out experience.?
