I love going to Perkins!! My server Emma was so sweet! I had my food in under 10 minutes and everything was so good! I even got 2 refills and had leftovers! I will be back!

Love it here! The food was great (California eggs Benedict). Our server Aniah was very friendly; the food was delicious and speedy.
I came with my mom and the food and service was wonderful!! Our server, Ana, was so friendly and helpful when my mom asked about the tangler burger; which she loved!!! Great experience; will definitely go again!!

The service was amazing!! Always greeted with a smile. Emmy is just fantastic, pleasant and right there. The pot roast is just fabulous. And the peanut butter silk pie is the best. I love coming here always friendly. I recommend Edinboro Perkins.

I love this Perkins! I have been to the one in Meadville and this one is SO MUCH BETTER!! food was hot and delicious, got it under 10 minutes and had a few refills! My server aniah was very sweet and even recommended coconut cream pie to send home with me (amazing!) I will be back!
Kid-friendliness: They provide coloring pages, free refills on kids drinks and a good variety on the kids menu!
Aniah was our server and she was so nice and friendly. We made a reference to a funny video that mentions her name and it made her day, and ours!

I ordered the pork chops which came out dry and had a very stringy texture. Although the waitress seemed very nice, she never came back to ask how our dinner was. I tried 2 small bites out of each one, hoping 1 was edible. I left them on my plate and we sat there until our waitress ended her 10 min conversation with another couple. By that time it was too late to order anything else. The manager thought it was appropriate to take a whooping $2.80 off our bill (25%). Not even 1/2 off of my meal. I'm pretty sure the pork chops were the majority of the cost of the meal. Really disappointed in this visit.
And that is a very generic response with no sign of fixing anything. You may as well not answered. I RARELY write a bad review, however it is obvious that you are uninterested in fixing the situation. Just know that when a customer can not eat the food served, $2.80 off the bill is not acceptable.
