My husband and I haven't had subway in about a year. We recently moved to Edinboro and decided to do a mobile order. It was flawless. Food was hot,ready and made perfectly.

Husband went in to order food. I asked for The Outlaw sub not toasted. Website states this sub is double steak, double pepper jack cheese, green peppers, red onions and Baja chipotle sauce on Italian bread. I got double steak cold, double pepper jack cold, green peppers and red onions on no so fresh white bread. No sauce. Maybe it’s just me but it’s common sense that of someone orders a normally toasted sub untoasted you would heat up the meat and cheese. Or at least ask if that’s what they want.

You might want to check your oven. I ordered a flatbread toasted, and when it came out of the oven, the cheese did not even look melted. I asked the young lady to put it back in, so my cheese was melted. She gave me the response. The flatbread will get crispy. I said at least put it back in for half the amount of the time She did and when it came out, it looked the same. I’m currently eating a cold ”Toasted” flatbread. Won’t be going back to that subway anytime soon I’ll just take the extra drive to the Walmart subway.
