Every time I have gone to the Taco Bell in Titusville, about 5 times since I moved here a little over a year ago, the food is always cold and the cheese is never melted unless it is something with cheese sauce. Who wants to bite into a taco and the only thing even close to hot, meaning warm at best is the meat. I am thinking of trying it one more time, hoping they had some complaints and fixed the problem.

We stopped here for a late lunch about 3 pm we were the only people in the place. I got the Luxe Box and my friend got the Mexican Pizza it had a bad taste to it. We complained and they finally gave us a replacement after more complaints. The Chalupa that I had or whatever it was was terrible and stale there was no crunch at all.

Stopped by for a quick bite and was only slightly disappointed because the edges of my soft tacos were too hard to eat!! Everything else was spot on!!

When we weren't ready to order within 2 seconds of pulling up (my friend had never been to taco bell and was looking at the menu) he got a MAJOR attitude and kept trying to rush us. keep in mind nobody was behind us at all so we were not holding up a line. when we got to the window he was very rude, no hello no thank you no have a good day. then when we started eating our food we realized they gave us RANDOM FOOD. my friend ordered a chicken burrito and got beans and rice! and the ruce was undercooked! i ordered a chalupa without jalapeño sauce and BOTH OF THeM HAD THE SAUCE.

Rude manager, I had a e-card gift card and she wouldn't help me figure out how to use it and then told me rudely that she didn't believe it was real.
They never remember to not put what is asked to not be on. Pay more attention to what the order is some people are asking for certain things not on because they are allergic!!!
