Took forever to get our order..they put it together half assed...food was cold..food all over floor. Manager set an interview with a young lady for 430. Then didnt show up till 5 his normal schedule. So why tell her 430?

Portions are half of what they are at other Tacobells around this area. Burritos look more like rollups than an actual burrito. We pay for all the food, but only get half of what we paid for, with a poor presentation to add salt to injury.

Went to get nacho fries, idiot's didn't put the cheese in the bag and ofc I didn't look cus with the name nacho fries you'd assume they'd have the common sense to put the cheese in the bag. Fries are garbage that's why you need the cheese to drown them in. Not impressed

It's Taco Bell. The food? Well it's taco bell food so.... grade E meat but damn it's good. The people that work there are always really cool. They try to help you out the best the can with any concerns. Finally the atmosphere, it's Taco Bell generic. Same thing you would see at any of the updated Taco Bells. Overall this is my go to sloppy fast food taco place and location. One of the best around and they actually acknowledge you when you pick up a order unlike most food places.
Will say came in they were slammed, ordered my food had a custom order when I received my food it was right. Worth the wait great service.

Only getting 3 stars because afternoon shift is typically very good..but night shift, or whoever is there till 2am, is absolutely horrible almost every time. My order is always messed up. I get soft tacos with no lettuce.. and it's like they didn't even try to pick it off. I got my crunch wrap supreme with light nacho cheese, and I get a crunch wrap with almost no lettuce or tomato's, way less than what I'm sure they have to put on it.. AND so much nacho cheese it is sickening. Very upset with my service as I do love taco bell and this location is extremely close to me now. Dissapointed that I have to go to a different location just to get wrll made food.

I went through the drive through the order was incomplete. Was asked if I wanted sauce I said yes and was charged .90 for sour cream Very rude. Edinboro pa location
