The worst Beef tips and pasta I ever eat. Pasta undercooked the beef tips so tuff that we could not chew them. Told the waitress twice how bad our meal was and she just walked away.

My daughter ordered Mac and cheese and it was just about only noodles and no cheese. It tasted terrible. My daughter who was very hungry when she came in didn't even eat it. I was not offered anything to replace the mac and "cheese". The rest of the food is only Okay.

Great restaurant all the way around. We go often. If you ever want dessert this is the right place! All food is good. Favorites are mac and cheese with pulled pork, and hot roast beef sandwich mashed potatoes, ribs, and perogies on specials are pretty good too.
I ordered a crossroads salad to go, then when getting back to the hotel it was missing the hard boiled eggs, French fries, and cheddar cheese. When I called back to let them know there was no apology and the manager would not even come to the phone. I was very disappointed with the money I had spent.

I walked into this restaurant with my parents after a long grueling day of shopping and arguing. I was extremely exhausted and even thought about not ordering anything. My mom convinced me to order the ultimate bbq bacon cheeseburger, hands down the best burger i have ever had in my life. It was a little hard to eat, but still amazing. The fries were also amazing. I will be frequenting this place from now on. Also our waiter was very friendly and nice! The burger rejuvenated me from exhaustion and sent me home happy. Thank you Crossroads!
