Our table was dirty and when I asked to have it wiped, the employee handed me the sanitizer bucket and the rag to wipe it myself. Then, when we asked for condiments for the hashbrown and mayo for the BELT sandwiches, she handed us two packs of ketchup and a small container of mayo with no knife. When I requested a utensil she was less than pleasant.
We've been coming here for several years and it just keeps getting better. I genuinely love the staff here. Only once did I have an issue with someone working (this was in 2024) but I don't think they lasted very long. Whether I'm getting breakfast or lunch or just coffee or just a donut, everything is always delicious. We normally just take our food and eat outside or in the car, but as far as I can tell, the place is always clean.

Always order your sleeve with your drink but even when you do you get scolded by the person in the window for not ordering it. Always rude and snarky when trying to order. Stark difference from any other Tim Hortons.
