Every time I come to this store, I have nothing but issues One of the manager gets rude as hell when asking what you want to eat, then gets rude as hell because their card reader doesn’t work every time I go there they have issues with the card reader maybe they should get a hold of corporate and get a new card reader
Short staffed, employees being trained, extremely long wait for less than adequate food, no monetary compensation offered.
Been a while since I been to this location, there was a new manager this time I believe her name was Tammy. The service was fantastic, everyone was working well together and my food was better than I expected due to previous visit. Family of 5 and we had a large order and everything was met!

4 people working. Lots of arguing between them on who should do what. None of them could pull it together. It was a long and painful wait for a breakfast sandwich and burrito. During our 15 minute wait there were no other people at the counter and one drive up order.

Sandwich was alright but dit not get what I ordered. Ordered a chicken Asiago bacon sandwich got the normal chicken sandwich. Service was slow as hell, only 2 cars in the drive thru but still waited 6-7 minutes for the wrong food.

This Wendy’s just keeps going downhill every time we stop. Found a hair in my baconator yesterday. Person preparing it had a full beard and man bun- not wearing a hairnet/beardnet. They never even offered me anything extra for the hair in the sandwich. Constantly understaffed and out of baked potatoes and other items. It’s a convenient location just horribly managed. Don’t stop here. Save yourself some trouble and go to another Wendy’s.

Everytime we come to this Wendy’s the drive through is backed up. They will only take and server one customer at a time through the drive through making the line always backed up to the main entrance. Same lady at the window everytime no manners always rude and pretty much tosses your food at you without ever saying a word. Staff is always extremely bitchy. It’s a mobile order it’s not hard to just take the order number and tell customers to have a nice day.
Edit: after waiting forever and them only taking and severing 1 person at a time, food was still old and soggy. Not even fresh food is being served. 30 min drive through wait. Good luck calling the store they don’t answer the phone.

One week later, no contact from anyone. Still having same issues every time I go! I eat at Wendy’s about 3 times a week and have never been treated worse than at this Wendy’s!
Between being cut off at the Speaker in the drive through and the lack of any communication at the drive through window (no words at all) this experience has pushed me away from ordering Wendy’s again. I love the food as I’ve worked for Wendy’s before and know what’s in it. However why should I go somewhere where people get bitchy because they have to do their job?
I was third in line when I got in. Made it immediately to the drive through speaker and by the time she came on the speaker to check us in for our mobile order there was 7 cars behind me. Rediculas why is there a need to pause the line when there are only 2 cars your servicing? It’s Wendy’s, most stuff is premade. My mobile order was Under Noah O’Brien. I want my refund so please reach out!

Went on 10/3/2025, whoever made my spicy asiago bacon ranch chicken sandwich absolutely spongebobbed the crap outta it, im talking, tucked the pickles into the lettuce sheets and gave em a kiss, made sure the tomatoes felt loved and wrapped up the sammich. I talk of this with such high regard considering I ordered extra pickles, onions and ranch through the app since its more food for no additional cost and the sandwich maker could've easily slopped it together and called it a day, but I could taste the love. 10/10 would enjoy again

I mean, I know it's a Wendy's, but waiting 25 minutes (and counting) for an order for two people is a bit ridiculous. I've been to other Wendy's with longer lines and waited almost no time at all. I don't expect it to be good, healthy, or at this point even cheap...... but it's literally called FAST food! 🤷
