While ordering I was cut off and told my total without finishing, we ordered 2 meals 2 sides of ranch and a small frosty. Upon pulling up to the window the people working were nice, but completely forgot the frosty. We were additionally missing all of our sauces. When I finally got to my sandwich there was hair in it…I hate to leave a review but that was just too many issues in one visit.

What has happened to Wendy's.???We went to this Wendy's after leaving Grove City wendy's.see other review .same problem. Much worse here. Zero people in line. We order 3 meals. 3 frosty. After 15 min . Still nothing. Uber eats or door dash got his. People cam in and ordered. We got ours in sections. Watched nuggets just sit getting cold as they struggled get a bag of fries open. Then here is food. No frosty. Wait some more. 25 min to get order which was close to trash and the Wednesday promotions are lame. The girl wouldn't make eye contact. Just said sorry for the wait before running off. The family that came in while are fries were cooking got to sit down with there food five minutes later. They seemed happy. We cant believe this is what it's all come to. Wendy's cost us a hour of our trip. And food was poor. Prices high. Service horrid. Just sad.bathroom was gross also

I stopped in around 3:00 for a quick lunch and use the bathroom. The service was quick and food was ready in minutes. I got the Biggie Bag with a crispy Chicken sandwich fries 🍟 and nuggets and a drink for 5.00 $ You can’t beat that deal. The bathroom was clean and food was hot 🥵

The service was very good and so was the food. I had the spicy chicken, cook or nuked just right. Visiting the location, it moderately busy. Plenty of parking as well as handicap and all entrances were handicap accessible. It was very clean and so were the restrooms. Koodles to this Wendy's location.

It's a typical Wendy's restaurant. Nothing spectacular except the service was quick, accurate & friendly. Nice quick stop off of I-79 for a bite to eat or a soft drink. Dine in available. Plenty of parking.

Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff stands around laughing about how slow they are. We were third in line. Took 14 minutes to order and another 14 minutes for our food. The manager was doing her best to encourage the workers but they were the slowest group of humans to ever work in fast food. Would never stop here again in my life.

Nobody in the line and took 10 minutes from when I pulled in to the time they took my card. After paying they handed us bags and drinks and didn't say a word and just shut the window and continued rambling on to thw coworkers. Love Wendy's food, hate the service at everyone of their locations.
