Professionalism? AMAZING. Food quality? THE BOMB! I purchased some ackee and saltfish during my stay at the Poconos, and it was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend, especially if you’re accustomed to seasoned tasty Caribbean food.
I went here today and the food was fantastic! I got curried goat with white rice and it was the best I have ever had. The guy running the truck in the outlet was there in the rain and was super nice and kind. He even gave me the sweet potato pudding on the house. The hospitality and the food is amazing and I cannot wait to come back!

I was traveling in the Poconos and I wanted some Jamaican food. I stopped at the Jamaican truck in the Poconos outlet when I said I’ve been eating Jamaican food since I was six years old and now I’m 50 years old this was the best Jamaican food I have ever tasted in my life, ladies and gentlemen I try every Jamaican spot in New York. I’m gonna try every Jamaican spot in Delaware, Delaware Jamaican food is disgusting. I will travel twice a month to the Poconos just to get. Ladies and gentlemen, when I say the oxtails the rice and beans, let’s not forget about the cabbage, the plantains the beef patty with the cocoa bread his rice taste his rice taste just like a smooth cocoa taste. The oxtail is melting in your mouth. The beef patties is amazing. This is the best Jamaican food I have ever ate in my life. I will never eat nowhere else, but from this man’s truck best Jamaican forever please everybody travel to this truck best Jamaican food you will ever eat.

My fiancé and I stopped at the food truck this weekend and tried the jerk chicken and rice and the food was amazing! We tried the fruit punch and pink lemonade and both were super refreshing with real sugar and both tasted so much better than your average juice! We can’t wait to try the restaurant!

My husband and I are out of town and saw the food truck while shopping at the Pocono Outlet. We love Jamaican food and this was our lunch spot after shopping. We ordered 2 large jerk chickens, rice/peas, cabbage/mixed vegetables with sweet plantains. The rice and cabbage was on point, delicious! But the chicken was not as fresh. It was tough and chewy. We will definitely be back again because we like to support our own. Just wanted to make you aware so you stay on point. Thanks.
First time stopping by for my lunch and have found my new lunch spot. Shane is a hospitable man. Help me get familiar with the menu and was nice enough to try out the rice and peas. I highly recommend to all that comes through to get the side of rice and peas. I thank the photos I’ve seen online for this place that also convinced me to come here. Thank you for the excellent meal. Will be back to continue trying the rest of the menu.

Had their food at the crossings outlet. Very good give it a try. Owners gave my brother and sister samples to try. Everything was so good they didn't know which to order at first. Curried goat with rice. Excellent. Just be careful of the little bones. Will be back to try another dish.

Had time to stop at Tannersville location in the back parking lot of The Crossings or Pocono Outlet. Their food truck location. I don’t get to Effort as often as I’d like. But either way spot worth the drive. My fav is the curry chicken, rice and peas and vegi. So yummy. Authentic Carribean food. I have tried others and nothing compares. Best lunch ever and leftovers too. Thanks Shaine!

Every time we return to the Poconos, we hope this restaurant is still here. So glad to see that it is! Fantastic authentic food and such a friendly staff. We will continue to visit.

I was at the Tannersville Outlets and decided to try the Curry Goat. It was excellent, with a nice taste and the meat wasn't dry. I also appreciated the Jamaican Busta candy to help with the long hauls.
Wheelchair accessibility: Because it's a food truck, it is very accessible for anyone.
