“The ladies working this afternoon were so sweet and personable. But nothing beat the fact I had the most incredible caramel macchiato. This Dunkin never disappoints when it comes to macchiatos and my barista Dora. She absolutely killed it! I had to call and tell them because it made my whole day. Nothing is better than having your coffee made better than you expected. I hope her pillow is always cold! Definitely will go out of my way to come here again!“

“I recently visited Dunkin’ and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted great. My donut was soft and perfectly glazed, and the coffee was brewed just right. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the store not being very busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took significantly longer than expected to receive my order. While they were polite and apologetic, the delay was noticeable and inconvenient, especially for a brand known for quick service.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but improving efficiency would make the experience much better for customers, especially during busy mornings when time is crucial. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks was impressive, but the slow service dampened an otherwise positive visit. I’ll likely return because of the food, but I hope the service improves next time.“

“Ruth is the best part of this Dunkin and the only reason I go there. Not only is she sweet, kind and respectful but she is the only one I trust to make my drinks ! You should definitely do whatever it takes to keep her !!! Love her !! Great job Ruth!! Dana ❤️“

“It was a long wait for the line but the cashier were really friendly and quick in making your food. The only suggestion which I can make is to be able to choose and customize the food any way possible. I wasn’t able to place mobile order due to limited customization. The store is reasonably priced even though it was located within Great Wolf Lodge. I would hope that they start participating with Dunkin Rewards which will also allow for mobile order through the Dunkin app as well. I would highly recommend this store if you are around the area.“

“People leaving these poor reviews are far too self righteous and entitled for their own good. Employees being there all day should get to choose the music over the people who only stop in for a minute. It’s a lie when that person said that they aren’t allowed to come in for a mobile order for drive thru. The bad energy will be matched because for the wage they make to put up with the poor attitude they receive from some of you is not enough to be dealing with yall rudeness. Some of you don’t even say thank you for anything. And yes theyll be out of product because some of you ask to put a crazy amount of product in a drink or a lot of food. I digress, you pay for it but expect them to run low on stuff when you come in the afternoon and youve seen the drive thru. That 25 minute wait is due to some of y’all being insufferable and asking for A LOT of food and at the window which they aren’t supposed to take. The food is actually being cooked btw. Not to mention they are busy pretty much all day up until 12pm. I’m sure they are glad to not have these rude people return. They are indeed very thankful to those who show even the smallest amount of respect and sees them as actual people.“
