“Take the negative reviews below with a grain of salt. Most of these people only made nasty reviews after not getting their way, being disrespectful themselves and being surprised when that energy is matched or not tolerated, or have personal vendettas against staff. But they aren’t going to start their review off with that now are they? Most of the people who have worked here I have observed throughout the years are kind and well meaning just doing their job and playing their role in food service. However if I was to comment on the management and crew of this location currently I would tell them that their love , dedication, and kindness extended to their local community doesn’t go unnoticed. They make it a point to know their customers by name and try to help start their day on a positive note with a smile and some food and drink. The kind, thoughtful, and dedicated employees deserve so much more than these nasty reviews made by miserable people who group them together and insult good hardworking people because it makes them feel strong behind a keyboard.“

“Was staying at Great Wolf water resort and wanted to get breakfast other than getting from resort. Although there is one inside the resort but prices are more than regular Dunkin and no mobile order service. I loved the drive through option and literally went to pick up food in my PJs at 7am so breakfast was there before my kids got up.“

“I recently visited Dunkin’ and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted great. My donut was soft and perfectly glazed, and the coffee was brewed just right. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the store not being very busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took significantly longer than expected to receive my order. While they were polite and apologetic, the delay was noticeable and inconvenient, especially for a brand known for quick service.

I understand that occasional delays can happen, but improving efficiency would make the experience much better for customers, especially during busy mornings when time is crucial. Overall, the quality of the food and drinks was impressive, but the slow service dampened an otherwise positive visit. I’ll likely return because of the food, but I hope the service improves next time.“

“I was visiting and went by to get my favorite drink and they were out of mostly everything. Management needs to get better at ordering supplies ahead of time. I have worked in food management before so I know what it’s like. The staff was amazing and made accommodations to my drink and it was good that’s the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. The workers need a raise!! Customers were so cranky for the shop being out of ingredients but that is not the workers fault. MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!!“

“It was a long wait for the line but the cashier were really friendly and quick in making your food. The only suggestion which I can make is to be able to choose and customize the food any way possible. I wasn’t able to place mobile order due to limited customization. The store is reasonably priced even though it was located within Great Wolf Lodge. I would hope that they start participating with Dunkin Rewards which will also allow for mobile order through the Dunkin app as well. I would highly recommend this store if you are around the area.“
