Slow slow slow it's all I can say
The staff mean well but they consistently suck at making drinks unfortunately
Wife and I stopped in on the way home from vacation and this had to be some of the worst service I have ever had at a Dunkin. The kid running the drive thru was clearly not wanting to be at work. I get having a bad day but don’t bring it to work and take it out on your customers. You could barely hear him on the mic between mumbling and not talking loud. Just very short one word answer if any when handing us our food and drinks. Do better!!
$6 breakfast is great
People leaving these poor reviews are far too self righteous and entitled for their own good. Employees being there all day should get to choose the music over the people who only stop in for a minute. It’s a lie when that person said that they aren’t allowed to come in for a mobile order for drive thru. The bad energy will be matched because for the wage they make to put up with the poor attitude they receive from some of you is not enough to be dealing with yall rudeness. Some of you don’t even say thank you for anything. And yes theyll be out of product because some of you ask to put a crazy amount of product in a drink or a lot of food. I digress, you pay for it but expect them to run low on stuff when you come in the afternoon and youve seen the drive thru. That 25 minute wait is due to some of y’all being insufferable and asking for A LOT of food and at the window which they aren’t supposed to take. The food is actually being cooked btw. Not to mention they are busy pretty much all day up until 12pm. I’m sure they are glad to not have these rude people return. They are indeed very thankful to those who show even the smallest amount of respect and sees them as actual people.
Took my family with young kids into store for breakfast. Thrash metal blaring over the speakers. Staff was not friendly or professional. Order was not right and what food we did get was burnt bad enough that i was not edible.
Missing food from my order and wrong donuts given, when I get back home(2nd trip)with the missing food go to eat it and it's still frozen in the middle!! All around horrible.
I would not even give them a star. I asked for extra extra extra caramel in my macchiato and they didn't give me extra at all and I paid for it. And while I was waiting the employee asked me if I had diabetes and if I was using insulin. I would not recommend going here ever. Worst service ever.
I went through the drive through they are still promoting the six dollar meal I asked for it and they didn’t have it then I asked for The two little pretzel sandwich that they are promoting, but they don’t have any. This is literally my fourth time coming here and I normally come here. I never had this many problems with them. I literally live in the area and I get it. You know you won’t maybe have everything but like it’s only 2 o’clock in the afternoon I never had so many problems
And the guy that was working the order well not really taking my order but wasn’t even helpful

The people behind the counter act like they have somewhere else they'd rather be which I get it, it's a job but the vibe sucks,
You'll never really have the donuts I want LOL.
And I don't understand when you have six people behind the counter and you still have five to six people waiting
Workers seem like they don't want to be there, nothing is ever on stock. I live 5 minutes from here and it's always the same.
Nothing going on at all in the store or the drive thru and they still keep you waiting so they can “catch up”. Poor management is clearly a factor but also the people they hire are just incompetent. Corporate Dunkin should shut this location down, they’re wasting money on lazy employees that ruin the company’s reputation. Can’t image their sales are worth keeping this place open, these workers can handle maybe two orders per hour tops.

Employees are poorly trained and rude, and just don’t care about their jobs. Even the older people have attitudes. Hashbrowns were cold. Coffee had coffee grounds in the bottom. and their machines to scan the app does not work correctly. The older woman wanted me to remove my screen protector, which has never been a problem at any other Dunkin’ Donuts in the entire country. Exactly what I wanna do remove a screen protector on $1000 iPhone to get a measly few points from Dunkin’ Donuts in effort. Better off driving to a different one.

Lady over the speaker was EXTEEMELY rude!!! We waited for over 25 mins in line and had placed our order online 15 minutes prior to that wait. They would not let us come in to get the food. To top it off, they gave us the completely WRONG drinks! This dunkin location is HORRIBLE.
