This Dunkin is local to my house but will be driving the extra few miles to go to a different location, the drinks are almost always made poorly and the costumer service is terrible. Pull up to the window and they say nothing to you, not even a “hello” just open their hands and expect you to hand over money. No response to even a “thank you”. Just completely ignore you.
I love the coffee food and decorations in The Dunkin but the service is sometimes really bad even if its just you in the Dunkin and in the drive though Still love Dunkin just not so much the survice!
People leaving these poor reviews are far too self righteous and entitled for their own good. Employees being there all day should get to choose the music over the people who only stop in for a minute. It’s a lie when that person said that they aren’t allowed to come in for a mobile order for drive thru. The bad energy will be matched because for the wage they make to put up with the poor attitude they receive from some of you is not enough to be dealing with yall rudeness....
