This was my first time ordering from this specific location. It will also be my last time. I called to order a big daddy pizza with 3 toppings along with 2 dozen of mild wings. The total was $61 and I was told it would be one hour for pickup. I arrived on time after one hour and paid for my bill. After paying I was told they “did not drop my wings yet” and it would be “another 20 minutes”. Meanwhile, the pizza was already done. So my pizza just sat there for 20 minutes getting cold while I waited for the wings. My one hour wait after placing the order was more closer to an hour and a half for some cold pizza. The tables inside the restaurant were all dirty with food crumbs and the soda area appeared like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Nonetheless, I know better for the next time and I will not be returning.

He had to actually say something in order to get any sort of refund or anything for the pizza they sent with someone else. They made him wait for other orders to finish before they remade the pizza he ordered first! We order weekly from them, spend lots of money there! Not anymore... Mistakes happen, but you don't blow that off and act like it didn't happen, and fill every other order before you fix your mistake. Food is a hit or miss. Today, some of it was burnt. I asked for no mayo on my sandwich (which was how it was written on the receipt) and received it with the condiment on there anyway. I am, unfortunately, a very picky eater, which means I threw the food in the garbage without eating it. Definitely a waste of money.

Stromboli was undercooked and raw dough in the center. The soda machine is also spouting very little syrup. Probably for the business to save money. Felt like drinking la croix Pepsi edition.

i oder from here at least 2 sometimes 3 times a week any where from 35 to 50 bucks each time but not anymore ordered to night wanted a club sub among other things i got half a blt sub nasty the bun was mushy from being put in the carrier with the hot food called them to complain and was told that was a club sub no it wasn't i had their clubs before order fish fry on fridays no more fish is small wat little frys ya get are not cooked come on foxx s you used to be good
