A customer with health issues and can't talk, visited your location and was refused service by Tanner. Her 9yr old child tried explaining why she couldn't talk but he continued to say he couldn't help her. A female manager was also was also of no help. In a time of Covid when drive up is needed and she needed to write it down and was treated like this, this is very poor customer service.
I will never go to an establishment that is rude to people with a disability. Tanner needs extensive customer service training.

The restaurant also serves new sandwiches on sourdough rolls, which are satisfying, especially when hungry. The food was good and the service was also good. The employees kept it very clean with a full-time employee responsible for cleaning tables and the seating area. The seating was comfortable.
