The cashier was nice the manager apparently didn’t help do anything. My chicken fries were old and my double cheeseburger was literally not even warm or the cheese melted. Made me feel sick worst Burger King I have ever been too never again.

While Burger Kings service may take longer compared to McDonald's, they do have delicious food! I still really enjoy having the 🍔burgers flame🔥 grilled. They taste so much better, in my opinion. Their 🍟fries are thicker because of being more of a homecooked type. I LOVE McDonald's 🍟fries the most, but these come at #2!🤗
I was very pleased with the service that I have gotten these last few times by the employees! They were very courteous, polite, and served with a 😃 smile!!

My food wasn’t cooked. I went back and they “fixed” it but it still wasn’t cooked. Then they gave me a partial refund even though they said they would give a full refund. They were not any help at all.
Ordered breakfast at 10am and placed order online and went to go pick it up they said they stopped serving breakfast!! Didn't get issued my refund back to go somewhere else and breakfast is served at BK till 1030 be nice to let your customers know you shut down breakfast half hour early !

Stopped in to get a whopper from this store, stood waiting before anyone came to take my order. Finally someone took my order, and I asked for a cup of water, I was given a cup, but there's no where to get water. I asked the lady where do you get water, there's nothing posted at the soda fountain that has a water label, she proceeded to say to me, in the near future you should say that you want water, then she put another cup on the counter instead of answering my question. In the near future, she needs to pay more attention to questions being asked.

My wife and I purchased two Whoppers today 11/12/24 and the buns were not fresh, in fact they dry and old.
